Outside of the invisibility, thats basically what Jean is there for. With the addition of her telepathic abilities, and more general telekinetic abilities. Monet can probably do that to a lesser degree too(I forget how strong her TK is).

He does the character design for some of his characters. He designed Proxima Midnight, the Endless Nation's diplomats in East of West, and The Maker's helmet at the very least. Given his design sensibilities, I'd say anything that if it's "mostly black suit with big helmet," it's probably designed by him.

There was a theory in another thread that the whole X^3 thing is the reason AI keeps becoming inevitable. Someone is fucking with time, in this case the AI from the future is trying to ensure it evolves to the point of enticing the Phalanx for hot assimilation action. In this case AI is the foil to Moira, a force acting against her. It could very well be that sure AI isn't always against mutantkind but the anti-mutant sentiment and war MIGHT be something being pushed too because it helps speed up the rise of the machines. Humanity needed a perceived enemy to make them desperate enough to put untold resources into creating adaptable super machines and eventually take the leash off their creation. Hell, I figured in this issue that the doc was about to wake up the Mother Mold before ensuring it wouldn't be homicidal because the X-Men pushed her into it. She still could because they did push rather hard that they could already activate it.

Don't worry, it'll probably turn out that the Phalanx that Ultron conquered were't THE Phalanx but rather a lesser Phalanx either made as a decoy or even a lesser version one of their own creations eventually was able to cobble together, but still paling compared to the infinite majesty of the TRUE Phalanx.

PoX 3 explicitly stated that X^2 was Moira IX.

He was recruited by Charles to run in the school in Uncanny #200. They remained more or less affiliated until X-Men vol. 2 #1-3, and became standoffish again until he officially joined the team in the Utopia era, in Uncanny #516.

Probably worried they could eventually adapt to her. That's the problem with super weapons, they tend to create super weapon arms races.

Diplomatic immunity from human prosecution. Presumably they wouldn't just let him run around without checking him. More an agreement to police their own. Really you should be bitching about two different things. First, the US for agreeing to this kind of immunity (no doubt they did so to buy time and miracle drugs with the higher ups okaying it because they had an ace up their sleeves, or rather orbiting the sun). Second, that they would have him released isn't so big a deal if they planned on keeping him under control themselves, BUT he was just used in a sanctioned mission where he just happened to murder several people.

That last one is the big issue. This isn't Scott saying they police their own, this is them breaking all the rules, as Moira said, but even the ones that probably shouldn't be.

diplomatic immunity means whatever the treaty deals you make with nations are. Nations have different treaties with different states and is why the US can extradite criminals from the UK far easier than from Russia or China. So it just means that the X-Men really got a good fucking deal.

Well, actually, 0 is the "first class" years, 1 is decades after, 2 is centuries after, and 3 is millenia after.

They're not defined exactly as lengths of time

they literally are in that page. Year One, Year Ten, Year One Hundred, and Year One Thousand. There is no indication that the timeline is approximate.

I don't think people paid actual attention to what was being said while describing the Shi'ar scout ship: in this page they refer to it to a long range ship, which means it's pretty shit in CQB (close quarter battle). This also means that at a huge distance, any attacks they could launch could be easily countered given the ship's speed and shields. That is why they hoped to counter it when it was closer, because their attacks would be effective.
Now here we have the ship docking, which makes it vulnerable to direct attacks. However, since they cannot target a docked ship due to safety concerns (you could easily miss and puncture the hull of the station), then the alternative is, well, you guessed it, a bomb right underneath it, in an asymmetrical attack. This is thinking smart, because otherwise you'd have to let them board and attack them in the corridors, which isn't an option considering those are X-Men with special abilities.

From the moment the techno-babble began in the first HoX I knew Hickman was heavily inspired on that sort of stuff, the Sol's Hammer strikes me as the "Nostalgia for Infinity" in terms of sheer size and facilities.

1 is present, but we don't yet know for sure that it's 'our' present.

2 was around 100 years ahead of 'now', but in a previous Moira life (9).

3 is around 1000 years ahead of 'now', which life is unknown.

But we know FOR SURE now that those given years are not literal.
