After it turned out POX was actually the Apoc timeline it could be that Krakoa isn't her zanny scheme to break all the rules with Xavier but just one of her earlier attempts to help him, which could, along with the Apoc timeline, provide yet another piece of the puzzle for whatever perfect timeline they're trying to create.

Marvel probably decided Cyclops had become the new Hitler before they decided HOW he'd become Hitler. They could work out the details eventually, all that mattered for the present was that he was the most hated man on Earth since the 1940s, and all mutants, especially the X-Men, were tainted by association, and that was material for a year of stories.

When Death of X revealed what had happened, Marvel proved they'd learned from past mistakes and not permanently damage Scott by making sure he was innocent, and Emma was truly to blame, but they completely failed to tell a story that explained why the world hated him, and tried to cover their incompetence by explaining it afterwards as fake news spread by the Inhumans.

Further proof of their failure was how Magik had been shown as hating Cyclops for what he'd done, but Death of X reveals she was there when it happened.

Beast recovered these pieces and tried to rebuild Emma, but alone he couldn't do much. Now consider a new Phoenix rebuilt body, her implants aren't affected by her diamond form (it's not organic) so they probably were discarded when Hank colleted the pieces (imagine a pile of diamond shards with two massive prosthesis in the floor kek) and Jean wouldn't create two prosthesis out of nowhere.
After Emma was reborn, the new Phoenix rebuilt Emma body still had the massive milkers so we can conclude that Jean, in her love for Scott and guilt for what she did to Emma, ressurrcted taking into consideration her own self image and what Scott liked of her and now Emma has massive perky big natural breasts.
