The problem with the idea of CG her is that unlike Thanos she is suppose to be the main character so she is going to appear a whole lot more in the movie, which is going to be costly.
Second She-Hulk is suppose to live a semi normal life, and while Thanos or Hulk don't look that out of place in the middle of a CG background, Shehulk would, if she where to be on a normal Lawyer office.
