The Tallests are the size of a 6 ft adult male. Or slightly shorter than Professor Membrane's height.
The sandwich is about 2/3s the size of the Tallests' head.
And the size of the Tallests' arm gauntlet up until the first knuckle.
Zim's head is also about 2/3's the size of the Tallests' head.
Zim's magenta-red uniform is slightly smaller than his head, but his legs make his head to body ratio just about even.
Zim's height is half head half body.

Therefore the sandwich is big by Zim's standards but not by his world's because Zim's proportions are not correct anyway.

A animated tv show is extremely hard to handle. They also take so long to make that it can really test with your patience. There’s also a hassle about the budget for each episode (and Invader Zim has tons of it).

It should work as long as he's involved. The comic issues where he's not mentioned in the credits at all have a noticable quality drop and that would probably carry over to a TV series.

ZIM is one bad day away from screwing everyone's day. That's why all the other humans stay away from him. Of COURSE they know he's an alien. He's green, he flies around, he looks...weird. But if we leave him alone he's harmless and can't do shit. Dib on the other hand just HAS to stick his hand in it and give everyone else a headache. No matter how many times they tell him to STAY OUT OF IT Dib keeps getting further and further into the ZIM hole. Day in the life of an Irken Flight Officer, one of the ones in the bridge of the Massive. When a Resisty vessel breaches the hull, the Tallest are too busy building a pillow fort to react, so the flight officer has to ditch his post and handle the breach himself. The twist is that the flight officer fights the resisty by sacrificing huge numbers of his own subordinates, which fits with the show's running motif of Irken leadership being really terrible for its underlings

You know I could see that. He's trying to sound the alarm but the tallest won't let him use the intercom, so he has to run through the ship shouting orders and rallying marines and crew to get to battle stations. In the end he has to send unprepared soldiers to cut them off at chokepoints and because they can't all get to their weapons and armor due to the hallways being made into slip n slides they take massive casualties. In the end the boarders are repelled if only because the irkens created walls out of their own bodies to impede them and the officer who led them trudges back to the command deck with multiple untreated wounds to report to the tallest since everyone else is hurt. He walks in, tries to give his report but it beaten with pillows by the tallest until he collapses. His last sight before he succumbs to his wounds is his boss walking in and taking credit for repelling the boarders, even though he was asleep the whole time.

I want a moment in this where the Resisty sees how good of a fighter and leader the pilot is and tries to convince him to join them.
