Speed is pretty OP. The Flash show has a lot of issues but one of the biggest has to be Flash's speed meaning nothing even to dumb, weak, or unskilled enemies who get in easy hits on him with no effort . On that note though, the usual weakness of a Big Brute is speed, which is bullshit if you're doing little to know damage or the guy isn't actually that slow, but an even greater bullshit is when a speedster is defeated by just tripping them or otherwise simply anticipating attack. Odds are no speedster would give you that breathing room to think or observe, but also would like have quick perception (or reflexes, whatever stops them from eating a wall when they use their power) and wouldn't just keep running towards a puddle or outstretched leg.
