Technically, Lightning and Thunder both fall under electricity manipulation. They aren't the same though.

Thunder isn't a superpower, it's just the sound lightning makes.

Way I see it telekinesis means you use your body movements to guide it whereas psycho you use your mind. So the former could be hampered by being physically restrained but the latter couldn't.

Tactile telekinesis is basically using psychic power on yourself to enhance you strength.

The "pathos" suffix is the part that signifies illness, "psych" refers to the mind.

"Telekinesis" means touching from a distance, doesn't have to be with your mind. "Kine" means touching so psychokinesis is touching with your mind.
