>Isn't even the main Captain Marvel ongoing
So, how are they gonna ruin Mar-Vell reputation this time?

They make him racist, Sexist, homophobic and have Walter tell them he would disown Hulking if he was still alive.
I just want my fun Rick and Genis adventures again.
>another Marvel comic with awful art
This is legit just the plot of The Principle and the Pauper
And bad writing
when does nitro suddenly come in and give carol cancer
We all do, buddy, we all do...
Me too user, me too.
>when does nitro suddenly come in and give carol cancer
user... She already was the cancer
Well, is a Marvel comic after all.
Yon-Rogg did that already didn't he?
Who wants to bet they'll eventually bring back Mar-Vell and have him lose to Carol?
NuMarvel remembers Walter Lawson?
Okay, I know this is probably gonna suck, but I'm intrigued. In the original run he turned out to be evil and had a bunch of robots built to take over Cap Canaveral, but here they seem to be trying to make him a loveable old guy.
I'm legit amazed that hasn't already happened.
Oh, it'll happen eventually.
And sooner or later, Uncle Ben will come back too through some bullshit. You just know both will happen.
Something like that, but I think he's lying.
Part of me wants to believe Marv's death is still sacred and expects them to do it with Genis or Phylla instead.
I want Genis to come back to life just to see his reaction to the absolute state of Rick Jones right now.
Got it you're faggots
There's no way in fucking hell Carol could beat Genis.
Phyla maybe, but Genis literally murdered Eternity then brought him back. Why? Because he could.
But Mar-Vell was revived in AvX, don't forget that.
Carol could just vaporize him with a photon blast.
Revived and killed off when his role was done, as it happens every time they do it.
*blocks your path*
>Mar-Vell was a good man
>REEEEEE KREE GET OUT
Damn, cool it with the space racism, guy.
Well, he does appear to be lying, but he's not wrong about Mar-Vell being a Kree first and foremost. You can tell someone has never read the comics when they call Mar-Vell a bland goody-goody hero; in the Silver Age, he was even more of a villain protagonist than Namor and Hulk.
That's what they thought about Jason Todd and Bucky Barnes.
Nobody's safe mate. No one.
They revive Mar-Vell every decade or so, and then they kill him off when his role is done. It's nothing new.
He's gonna be back for good one day.
It's only a matter of time.
They say that every time he comes back, too. It never sticks.
His baby(?) brother should steal this look
The gun is just for show. He's literally firing blasts of cosmic force from his very being.
It's the Sozin treatment.
I'm surprised Mar-Vell is still a man.
Why is he talking and dressing like The Dude?
Can't get hit with the synergy stick if you're dead.
No one cares, big 2 fags will pay for literally anything with a Marvel/DC logo on it.
Shit
Bullshit. He was never half the dick Namor is (though early Hulk was actually quite cute with his lil' Rick sidekick and double identity) and ascended from soldier to Eonpilled dirty blonde King Fu savior of the universe in like 20 or so issues, the bulk of Mar Vell is being a cosmic Superman, he spent as much time being a jingoist silver haired patsy as he spent using the goon green Kree outfit.
Mar-Vell isn't really that powerful anyway, the strongest is Genis, followed by Carol and Monica (who's severely op but rarely explored), then baseline Phyla, since she no longer had Quantum Bands.
Not that I think it would happen.
