>Teyonah Parris as Monica Rambeau. >Kat Dennings as Darcy Lewis. >Randall Park as Jimmy Woo. >Kathryn Hahn as "Wanda's nosy neighbor".
Plot is apparently about Wanda using chaos magic to create a "perfect" world where Vision and her are a suburban couple in a 1950's-esque sitcom suburb filled with random MCU bit players.
So they're kind of sort of doing King's Vision miniseries?
Adrian Wood
Like mixed with House of M.
Jace Russell
That's interesting.
This has potential to be a waking nightmare if they're not afraid to go there.
Ryan Myers
That's not all the supporting cast.
Agatha Harkness, Chthon, and Grim Reaper are being kept under wraps (Frances Conroy, Anthony Starr, and Dominic West have been rumoured for those three).
Camden Kelly
I'm imagining a scene, towards the end of the second episode where she's having a conversation with Vision about dinner or something and Vision suddenly starts saying really weird things, sort of acting like her subconscious breaking through to her.
>"This isn't real, Wanda."
>"...What?"
>"This isn't real."
>"Why would you say that?!"
>"...That the food isn't ready?"
Just so full "Wanda is losing it and is in total denial".
Wyatt Scott
>Kat Dennings Kazhar Milkers are back on the menue boys.
Levi Gray
No they haven't, you just made that up.
Gavin Wright
What is that shadow? Ultron? Satan? I can not tell.
Joseph Sanchez
Don't mind him, he's been trying to do that for a while.
Jeremiah Gray
Wanda
Leo Martinez
Well, that, but I'm hoping for far more fucked up. Like something where Wanda does something that causes someone to die, and the guy's wife and kids come out and start going >"Oh darn! Now who's going to drive the kids to soccer practice?"
Brandon Young
> Weird demonic shadow behind Vision.
> Vision's suit is in his costume colours.
> Colour around Wanda, but monochrome away from her.
> Chaos Magic glowing from TV.
Oliver Reyes
>Woman who helped design Captain Marvel's color scheme as a girl >Thor's ex-girlfriend's former intern >Ant-Man's parole officer
What a random choice of supporting cast.
Eli Peterson
Oh that makes sense.
Blake Thompson
>Grim Reaper
While he's certainly tied to Vision, he has like 0% to do with the MCU, non-Simon Williams version of the character.
Chase Robinson
It leads directly into Multiverse of Madness aka the first scary mcu movie so things are probably going to get messed up
Isaiah Reyes
>Wanda using chaos magic to create a "perfect" world I'm surprised she didn't resurrect her brother.
Dominic Garcia
Teyonah has been a dream cast for me I feel I somehow willed into existence along with Milana Squirrel Girl. She's a really good actress, adorable and dumb sexy
Camden Jenkins
Why didn't anyone Avenger at the end of Endgame keep an eye on Wanda? She's one the most powerful people on the planet in the MCU it seems like someone should have been kerping a eye on her.
Daniel Sullivan
Is it going to be Pleasantville meets that episode of Justice League where that psychic boy makes everything like the 1950s after a nuclear war?
Xavier Myers
She made them not do that.
Colton Gutierrez
Thor and Scarlet Witch are both related via Elder Gods Gaea and Chthon.
Gaea who met the Celestials when they came to Earth.
Frigga was raised by Witches. Agatha Harkness is 20,000 years old.
Chthon studied those 14 million timelines. With the time Stone gone Agamotto has lost his advantage.
Scarlet Witch means Sorceress who wields dark magic.
Leo Harris
Concept actually sounds quite sad and depressing. Could be interesting.
Owen Peterson
Pretty much.
Lincoln Torres
I SEE A SHADOW MONSTER ON TOP LEFT
wtf?
Jacob Brooks
>Colour around Wanda, but monochrome away from her. no, it fades to black and white as you move left to right
Jace Ward
I’m calling it now it will happen, they will bring back Quicksilver to add to the avengers and then become an X-Man. I see Ultron coming back as well.
Angel Moore
Or you know like Wanda does every few years that King just used.
Do we know how many episodes and the release date?
Nolan Cook
>Directed by Matt Shakman, director of over 40 episodes of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia Hype!
Nicholas Cooper
What leak?
Justin Taylor
>Thor and Scarlet Witch are both related via Elder Gods Gaea and Chthon. Thor's mother is almost definitely Frigga in the MCU. If they didn't reveal his parentage by this point, they're not going to now.
Nicholas Anderson
>Kat Dennings as Darcy Lewis And here I thought I was the only one who wanted her to come back.
This show has some damn good potential , I hope it takes a page from Doom Patrols book and go balls out insane and sometimes downright horrifying. I know its gonna be in the PG-13 Area, but I hope this and Multiverse of Madness can stretch it a bit and be truelly freaky and that the "horror" stuff wasn't just PR jargon.
Fuck I miss Doom Patrol, the best thing DC has put out live action wise this last decade no doubt.
Honestly post endgame MCU Looks better than pre endgame MCU >Celestials >King's Vision + House of M, Reality warping >Trippy Multiverse stuff >What ifs >Fraction's Hawkeye >Shang chi
The line up feels like it has more diverse possibilities for storytelling, I'm honestly hyped. Also I feel like without RDJ and Evans, plus the fact that most of the content will be through the streaming service, their audience will decrease, but that will lead to a more reduced fanbase and they will be less limited by the common denominator
Luke Perez
> Tiamut is the Dreaming Celestial sleeping in California's Diablo Mountain. He is nourished by Gaea and I believe he had night terrors of either Set or Chthon and is scared to death of them. Legend has it, that the Dreaming Celestial is the one responsible for the earthquakes and tremors in California when it has nightmares.
Nathaniel Richardson
>That shadow Mephisto? Please?
Jayden Richardson
Cthon
Alexander Evans
>Why didn't anyone Avenger at the end of Endgame keep an eye on Wanda? She's one the most powerful people on the planet in the MCU it seems like someone should have been kerping a eye on her. That's probably Jimmy Woo's role in the series, like he was watching over Ant-Man before.
Monica as someone who's experienced weird superhero things since childhood, so accepts Wanda and Vision when they move into the town Darcy as the busty girl next door that tries to flirt with an oblivious Vision
Blake Garcia
Wanda is the protag and its about her becoming Scarlet Witch. Wanda's Vision starts off as her clinging to dreams of a normal life but in the end her vison is of the Scarlet Witch.
Vision probably needs the sitcom world to feel emotions as he needs Chaos Magic to feel in place of the mind stone.
Agatha Harkness uses the Wundagore Everbloom to see the future. In Kings comic that was random but using Everbloom to see what Chthon is planning makes more sense as its Wundagore Everbloom.
fuck I was about to say this Its wanda with her tiara controlling it all like a shadow The shadows and the couple are the only thing to have color, everything else is superficial
Of you look closely, the television is glowing red, the shadows are being cast by the light from the TV, and only the things in its beam have color. The name "WandaVision" is starting to make a lot more sense.
Logan Edwards
>ywn be married to Wanda Maximoff / Elizabeth Olsen, living in a 50s US utopia in a suburban house Why live?
Adam Murphy
>morons It's kinda fucking more obvious from the whole poster, where you can see Visions shadow too, that nobody else has bothered to post. Funny how that works, isn't it?
Sooooo....Something happens during at the least the first episode that causes Wanda to "No More Mutants" the MCU and she remakes the reality into her 'perfect' vision? I hope it's built up because starting with telekinesis and energy manipulation then jetting to reality warping is a hellva' jump.
The television is the thing casting the warm light giving them colour
Dylan Nguyen
The best solution is for it not be her power, but some external force, so Wanda is still workable as a heroine moving forward. Vision needs to be confirmed as brought back before reality is warped, and not to just be part of the false world.
Matthew Gomez
Is that Wundagore in the picture on the far right?
Dominic Reyes
>Monica Rambeau and Kamala Khan are both getting more love from both anons and Marvel Studios alike than Carol. Fuckin based, she looks so damn good.
Oh yeah, good catch. That's definitely a landscape painting of a mountain.
Dominic Roberts
>ashtray full of cigarettes >Vision has no need for it as a robot >Wanda has never been shown to smoke The shadow isn't him as shows, but Mephisto being involved isn't too far-fetched.
Brandon Lee
Chthon gives Wanda what she wants with the intent to take it from her to crush her spirit and corrupt her, enabling him to use her to become his Sorceress Supreme.
Seems like a weird place to leave an astray and cigarettes
Not easily accessible if you want to smoke
Gabriel King
It's odd to hear them talking about adapting stories the fans love, and them meaning House of M plus King's Vision, which have become the best known stories for Wanda and Vision, but are not at all popular with their fans, who would prefer adapting something like this that does them no harm
Ian Brooks
That's the thing, neither of them seem like they would. A figurative version of Satan? More likely.
Justin Barnes
>Monica Rambeau
She used to lead the avengers you know
William Carter
Yeah, and people used to own blacks, things change.
Eli Garcia
Chthon is more likely though as he is very heavily invested personally in Wanda, whom he sees as his daughter and seeks to mold in his image.
Mephisto has no ties to Wanda other than that one story where he was incidental (Master "Babyhands" Pandemonium was more important).
Matthew Ramirez
test
Bentley Roberts
the only person danny should play is pip the troll
Isaiah Lopez
True, but Mephisto is notorious for taking advantage of people's desires and corrupting them to his whim. Marvel Studios could just write him into the story however they please. Though Chthon would be more fitting if events in this show lead into Doctor Strange.
>You will never be Vision >You will never gladly suffer every hurt, pain and injury life throws at you because you get to be married to Wanda Why live indeed?
>Wanda using chaos magic to create a "perfect" world where Vision and her are a suburban couple in a 1950's-esque sitcom suburb
Why would a Eastern European 90's kid's 'perfect world' be 1950's America? I get that is a common Hollywood setting but it has no internal consistency with he character.
Aiden Ramirez
Were any of those Yea Forums leaks ever confirmed true?
Anyway if Harkness is in it (big if as Fox may have owned her when this was conceived) it might be Hahn as the “nosy neighbor” in a subversion of Bewitched.
Maybe she watched old tv shows growing up in her shitty country. Lots of old American tv makes its way on the broadcast waves in 3rd world countries.
Daniel Hill
As a "Sitcom" will it have like a laugh track or something, like the ones heard in every Disney sitcom?
Daniel Powell
Because eastern European past is misery of communism and offers only the aspiration of escaping to the west. Which would be falsely represented in reruns of old American TV shows.
If she had pic related available to her as a child/teen. Then yeah she's going to idolize 50s Americana.
In this case. It would be a 90s sitcom with a functional family and non idiot husband.
Growing pains, step by step, boy meets world, charles in charge, Cosby, wonder years, family matters
Grayson Gonzalez
Friends is not ideal family life, and the prosperity of the characters isn't as obvious if you aren't familiar with how expensive apartments of that size are in New York. The characters certainly don't act as though they're aware of the outrageous luxury they can magically afford.
Dominic Mitchell
>a 90s sitcom with a functional family and non idiot husband until it takes the obvious dark turn given that this is probably just an illusion
Ryder Jones
Monica was illegally subletting an aunt's rent controlled apartment.
Joey and Chandler had a realistic apartment. Being 2 guys splitting 400/500 sq feet.
Ross was the one spending too much. As a paleontologist working as a museum guide.
Bentley Mitchell
She then abandons her dreams of a normal life and becomes the Scarlet Witch, goes to the Flickering Realms, pours her love for Vision, Pietro, the Avengers, into a hex bolt and hurls it at Chthon who screams in pain (from the Doctor Strange story Birth of Chthon), because it's his own magic filled with emotions that are alien to him.
It's about her vision of who she is. With the Avengers gone, she is without purpose. So she looks to the past, to the sitcoms she watched as a child, perhaps, because she has no reference point of normal, having had a totally shitty life.
This isn't about her going mad, it's about her learning who she truly is and becoming a Witch.
Chase Sanders
>Kat Dennings as Darcy Lewis. this is the only concerning thing are they going to force a Wanda and Darcy interaction in the first episode to justify her character being in Wanda's "dream" ? it's just so random simply seems like the actress was available so they're using her.
Jeremiah Hernandez
I don't think he was a museum guide, he was helping to set up exhibits and was even sent to China to retrieve a dinosaur bone from a dig site
Adam Hernandez
The thing I love is how it shows Wanda has a sense of humour.
It shows how underneath her sadness and grief is a vibrant, warm person.
Justin Gray
I hope they film it like an actual sitcom (at least initially) and when the fucked up starts happening later, crank up the production values to 11 and flip the tone.
Grayson Taylor
Calling it now, we are getting Wonderman in the end of this
Jason Williams
Will Darcy be in below the knee skirts and sweaters, or denim rockabilly pants and shirts?
Evan Butler
Agatha Harkness asks Darcy to spy on Vision and keep an eye on things in WandaWorld while she teaches Wanda witchcraft at Whisper Hill?
Isaac Taylor
he said "perfect" world god I hate right-wingers
Landon Russell
Will Lizzie, Tayonah, and Kat rub their tits together?
Michael Anderson
Mistakes made by the comics should not be repeated in the MCU
Mr. Sandman, bring me a dream (bung, bung, bung, bung) Make him the cutest that I've ever seen (bung, bung, bung, bung) Give him two lips like roses and clover (bung, bung, bung, bung) Then tell him that his lonesome nights are over Sandman, I'm so alone (bung, bung, bung, bung) Don't have nobody to call my own (bung, bung, bung, bung) Please turn on your magic beam Mr. Sandman, bring me a dream Mr. Sandman, bring me a dream Make him the cutest that I've ever seen Give him the word that I'm not a rover Then tell him that his lonesome nights are over Sandman, I'm so alone Don't have nobody to call my own Please turn on your magic beam Mr. Sandman, bring me a dream Mr. Sandman (yes) bring us a dream Give him a pair of eyes with a "come-hither" gleam Give him a lonely heart like Pagliacci And lots of wavy hair like Liberace Mr Sandman, someone to hold (someone to hold) Would be so peachy before we're too old So please turn on your magic beam Mr Sandman, bring us, please, please, please Mr Sandman, bring us a dream
Magic Beam = Chaos Magic Sandman = Chthon
Josiah Bailey
Cringe
Ethan Gutierrez
Maybe it’s because Darcy knows about weird magic and pocket dimensions thanks to her experience with Thor stuff. I’m assuming that’s why she’s in the show?
Easton Kelly
>Darcy as Wanda's rival >Wanda & Darcy trying to upstage each other as a running joke >Each wearing progressively sexier, more revealing clothes over the course of the season >Both angrily storming off several times per episode to change outfits >Both practically naked by final episode >Vision's so devoted to Wanda he never even noticed Darcy was there
Maybe when Wanda attempts to retire, she's placed in a community of civilians who have intensive experience with superhumans, a kind of retirement community/witness protection program >Carol's adoptive daughter >New Thor's lab assistant
And Jimmy Woo is checking up on them, an FBI security detail for their gated community
Hunter Watson
Fuck cringe I like this this will play on the show and its gonna have even more meaning
Wyatt Jenkins
IMHO the nosy neighbour is an NPC that might be driven by Wanda's subconscious. Not an antagonist but actually an ally.
Jordan Watson
That weird shadow is Scarlet Witch
Liam Long
Given that Wanda also turns herself into a 50s american housewife stereotype qhen shes sokovian, couldnt they play with her trying to give herself an identity erasure of some sorts? And when she realizes who she truly is is when she takes on the mantle of scarlet witch
Ryan Evans
Even back then Joey and Chandler would paying around 1500-2000 for their apartment. A two way split would be reasonable for Chandler, who has a middle management office job, but not for Joey.
Nicholas Reed
> Shadowy figure in picture between Vision and Scarlet Witch.
Picture on the right: > Wundagore Mountain, Sokovia?
Dominic Johnson
I thought it was a dish of pills, hinting that Wanda is nuts
Samuel Lee
She seems like a good choice. Hope she's cool in the show.
Blake Fisher
>Mephisto Shitty meme villain.
Henry Miller
There are two shadows, of Vision and Wanda in full costume, you can see a dot of light on the head of Vision's shadow, while Wanda's shadow has the horns of the headdress from her comic costume. The intent of the shadows isn't necessary sinister, it could just be indicating they're hiding their true identities.
Jackson Gomez
perhaps after reviving vision, they both create new secret identities and just live in a regular suburb until the nosy neighbour find out theyre superheroes thats boring though I hope wanda literally shapes reality to the point where everyones vision is blurry and black-and-white like in an old sitcom
Anthony Parker
>Carol's adoptive daughter
?
Surely the lesbian subtext wasn't that strong.
John Campbell
I mean even though they apparently used clips of The Dick Van Dyke Show in the presentation, the whole premise sounds like Bewitched, and so it would make sense if she and Vision were pretending not to be what they are.
(Bewitched is owned by Sony so maybe Bewitched clips weren't something they'd want to be licensing right now.)
Jace Bennett
??
Liam Martin
bowl of candy/popcorn and a TV remote (which did exist in the 1950s)
Bentley Baker
They might make him related to the Original Jarvis, maybe his brother or son or something
Brandon Hernandez
I'm so worried about the various bad ends when I just want them to be married and happy and having superhero adventures
did anyone else think Hahn is Harkness? I guess she still could be
The original leak did say something about Agatha Harkness being a mysterious figure at first so it would fit if she were just a nosy neighbor who actually is interested in Wanda for another reason (and casting her younger would make sense because of what Feige already did with Aunt May)
Trouble is I don't know how much of those leaks were true or bullshit, though it did call that Sharon Carter would be in the Sam/Bucky series.
>I'm so worried about the various bad ends when I just want them to be married and happy and having superhero adventures Yes, every other MCU sequel or series announced is just the continuing adventures of the characters, but fans of Wanda and Vision have to wait 2 years to find out if Vision will be alive again or just part of a false reality, and wait 2 years to find out if this series will drive Wanda insane and use her as a villain in a Doctor Strange movie. It doesn't feel fair.
Luis Ward
Count your blessings, if they hadn't announced her for the Doctor Strange movie (which I'm convinced they did only because they wouldn't have had enough projects with female leads to announce at Comic-Con) we'd be wondering if she was going to be written out of the MCU forever after this series.
No, scratch that, *convinced* she was going to be written out of the MCU.
Leo Foster
What's worse for Wanda? Retiring after Endgame and never being seen again, or insanity and reality warping powers that turn her into a plot device? What's worse for Vision? Dying in Infinity War and nobody but Wanda ever mentions him again, or his return being a cruel illusion? The potential bad ends are worse than IW & Endgame being the end of their story.
I think WandaVision is about her becoming Scarlet Witch, the title literally implies it. Scarlet Witch is a hero, not a villain.
Also, Scarlet Witch is a heroic title that she earns in WandaVision.
Imagine if they had Tony Stark become a villain after saying "I am Iron Man". Or Cap turning evil after being de-iced.
Also, Strange can't teach Wanda much because he doesn't know her magic exists, and her magic is driven by emotion, and Strange is a man who closes off emotions.
It's more likely Wanda teaches him. Him knowing nothing about Chaos Magic literally fits with his cold treatment of Christine in his first movie. Emotions are somthing Strange avoids.
His friendship with Wanda is what enables him to grow. Her being an enemy just makes Strange a know it all Gary Stu with zero development.
Chthon and Oshtur are warring siblings, and as such Stephen and Wanda's friendship is the mirror of them.
Don't forget that the Ancient One was in essence a "Scarlet Witch", using Dormammu's power, and that Strange's sister died drowning and his failure to save her is what made him afraid of failure.
Connor Ramirez
I can't completely agree, even House of M wouldn't have been as bad as it was if Wanda hadn't disappeared from comics for years after that.
In ongoing comics if you're being used, no matter how shittily, you at least exist, and I think the same goes for film/TV.
Colton Gomez
That would be the best outcome for her, but we need confirmation Vision will be real. It's going to be a long two years.
Jaxon Mitchell
James Spader joining the cast in S2 when?
Kayden Reed
To me Vision being an illusion would be retarded and insulting (implying their relationship is fake, John Byrne style). He has to have agency in this story, or it's insulting to both him and Wanda. Of course X-fags want him to be an illusion as that reduces his role and makes more room for their mutie faves.
I presume Shuri rebuilds him, but he has no emotions, she uses her Chaos Magic to imbue him with a new soul, with the caveat that Chthon (who also helps to create the sitcom world) possesses him, though only when Wanda is absent as she can sense him.
It may have been Wanda who actualy gave Vision a soul when she touched the cradle in AoU. The mind stone sustained it, perhaps. Maybe the world she creates sustains Vision's soul, replacing the Mind Stone as a power source.
For example, Vision struggling against Chthon has the potential to show Vision at his most heroic, fighting to save the woman he loves using his intelligence and will.
Vision may or may not survive (he might survive with, or without emotions), but if he doesn't, let him go out as a hero saving the woman he loves.
He and Wanda are heroes and should be portrayed as such.
It really pisses me off how people view Wanda as stupid and weak, and the notion that she cannot be anything other than a plot device, villain, or victim in WV and DSitMoM is fucking annoying. It's actually deeply misogynistic which is why it's curious that so many woke comic jorunalists YouTubers promote it.
Luke Carter
What's the betting that Wanda and Vision don't appear in any comics during the spring and summer of 2021.
I predict the comics division will totally ignore WandaVision and DSitMoM.
Cameron Peterson
If Vision stored Ultron in his AI, he could come in handy if, say, Vision got possessed by a demon.
Camden Flores
Take the comics blackpill. >Marvel will keep publishing one weekly Avengers mini per year that may star Wanda and Vision. >That series will give them a few moments together that tease a reunion that nobody wants to write >Wanda may continue to make small guest appearances in Strange's book, but will not have a major role. >Marvel will not publish a Wanda/Vision book for synergy with their series. Instead they may possibly get a solo mini each, where the other is never mentioned. >Zub will keep doubling down on making his pathetic off-panel Wanda/Voodoo crackship more serious every year >Years later we will learn someone pitched a Wanda/Vision book that would have been everything fans wanted, but Marvel editorial turned it down Or maybe Slott's Vision/Wonderman merge will last as long as Pymtron is lasting.
Lincoln Flores
I hope you're right, else the damage Byrne and Bendis did to them might be irreparable, especially the idea that they were always doomed to end in tragedy, something King doubled down on. The selfishness of X-fags wanting to make this show a vehicle to introduce mutants, or use Wanda as a plot device for a "reverse House of M" is so annoying it's enough to make you wish the MCU never introduces X-Men and all their comics get cancelled. How can they get so much and still want to take from fans who get so little?
Logan Morales
Wanda's fans are so shell-shocked that her co-starring in a series and a Major Motion Picture are barely enough to raise our optimism level.
Vision's fans have had it rough too but with one difference: he was on the All-New, All-Different Avengers team, so he's got the one thing Wanda still hasn't had in the comics since Disassembled, a return to their rightful home in the main Avengers title.
From the 1990s to before Disassembled, plus some X-Men cartoons, Wanda gained fans that don't care about Vision, but are there any Vision fans who aren't also Wanda fans and don't ship them?
Being in the 'main' Avengers book isn't as good as it sounds when the main book is Waid's run. Or the current series.
Ian Price
Him being an illusion would be easy. I get what you're saying, and you wouldn't be alone saying it, but they'd just trot out some claim how it wasn't REALLY an illusion because it was the part of Vision that lives on in her heart, that two souls which have touched so intimately can never be separated even by death, etc etc.
I'm not saying they'd do it, and you're free to call it schlock if you wish, but I guarantee you there would be people who would eat it up with a spoon and beg for more.
Robert Brooks
>no Ultron as the Archie Bunker character
Jason Bell
>Wanda dreams of being a housewife She's just SO FUCKING PERFECT
Unless she fucks up and brings back the emotionless white vision, or some horrifying vision+ultron fusion then who gives a fuck.
Camden Bailey
wow really do you think, I thought the whole series would just be kooky idealistic 50s sitcom shenanigans 100%
Luke Scott
Would bet WandaVision leads directly into reality warping/dimension hopping plot of Multiverse of Madness
Jason Lee
>>I'm still on the fence about Disney+. I'm not, they seem to be using a good budget and there's already a lot of things in there I'm interested about, it'll be really nice to be able to watch it all for free.
Evan Jackson
Fuck the Chton poster willed his autism into reality didn't he...
Jackson Garcia
Who would Grim Reaper be in the context of the MCU, the brother of the woman who built Visions body? Or more likely just some nutcase.
Samuel Reed
damn that would've been really good. Yaya Dacosta as Misty Knight was my ultimate pick.
Mason Morris
Given that this is supposed to lead into the multiverse of madness I'm willing to guess that she at least tries to bring vision back somehow but breaks reality in the process.
Isaiah Baker
>aka the first scary mcu movie That's just marketing speech, you dumb fuck.
Jaxon Stewart
I expect the show to start on her perfect world, with no explanation, and then slowly reveal it was caused by her unconsciously awakening her magic powers
Ryan King
Better a Chthon poster than a Magneto poster. The latter now sound increasingly desperate.
If Chthon shows up Magneto won't be Wanda's dad ever again. He makes Mags redundant.
Angel Rivera
What they want is for Wanda to go crazy and say "more mutants" (The most retarded idea ever...It's stupid on so many levels...), of course, they don't say much about what happens to Wanda after this fan theory...because I suspect she gets put on a bus or "tragically dies" having served what they see as her entire purpose.
Evan King
>Darcy Lewis
Praise the mouse and Kat Dennings' tits.
Kevin Johnson
Why are people talking about the robot kids from King's stupid series without Wanda and not talking about these two?
Wait. Marvel still publishes comic books? I thought they just made movies of old ones these days.
Connor Sanders
>Monica YES.
Hunter Kelly
It seems like a no-brainer to have them turn up at some point, but Wanda needs more setup before she can magick up some children and then age them to the point where they can take part in phase V or whatever.
Levi Lewis
Because the robot kids are better
Elijah Smith
So they're taking Tom King's Vision story. The only good piece of writing before his Batman one
They are so rubbing it on DC's face that their Hulk title is beating Batman. Using the concept from the same guy who did a terrible Batman
Connor Martin
>Why are people talking about the robot kids from King's stupid series without Wanda and not talking about these two? Robot girl fetish. Duh
>Fuck the Chton poster willed his autism into reality didn't he... Fittingly yet worryingly Lovecraftian.
Use your powers for good, Chthon user, let this end with Wanda and Vision alive, happy, and together
If the leaks about a demon-possessed Vision are true, a guy leads a movement to try and run Wanda and Vision out of town, and when Vision is freed from the demon, it takes over the guy and he becomes Grim Reaper.
Michael Nguyen
>If Chthon shows up Magneto won't be Wanda's dad ever again. He makes Mags redundant. B-b-b-but Hickman is going to make them mutants again! A-a-any day now!
Quicksilver fans being angry are at least understandable, more than X-fags who want Wanda back so the X-books can never use her, or so they can punish her for House of M.
They don't care what happens to her afterwards, House of M trained them to see her as a plot device, not a character.
Adrian Rodriguez
Same as she wanted in the comics. A lot of Tumblrs can't accept she chose being a housewife and mother over a career and being an Avenger, and insist Vision somehow manipulated her into living the life he wanted.
So disappointed in you all. This is a chance to ditch the bumbling fed played for laughs in Ant Man and get the badass secret agent we all deserve.
Benjamin Rogers
I know that. I am not talking about the shadow. I’m talking about the photo.
Hunter Jones
user, he's going to be part of the 50s sitcom setup, the bumbling agent assigned to watch over Vision and Wanda and make sure they don't blow their cover by using their powers in public, which they will keep doing behind his back.
>Corvus keeps appearing from nowhere to interrupt romantic moments by stabbing Vision in the back No, it's Wanda's shadow, with the headdress from her comic costume.
Easton Perry
>Show starts out with Wanda and Vision living a perfectly normal life in the 50's, mention of them talking about starting a family >Time goes on and shit gets increasingly warped, with 'glitches' here and there before everything becomes broken >Wanda loses her shit I want it
Adam Morgan
>That poster and that plot Oh, no. It's Westworld.
Luke Howard
So, anyone think the nosy neighbour they keep talking about is an avatar of Cthon? I mean, what better way to make an mind invading demonic entity than to put them as some nosey person, always trying to find a way into your home?
Jordan Jones
>Monica Rambeau nextwave series NEXTWAVE SERIES do it you fucking cowards
Brayden Evans
The ones who did (Cap, Natasha and Clint) are gone, I know Clint is retired, but still
>Surely the lesbian subtext wasn't that strong >in a movie where all kinds of """diversity""" bullshit was phoned in user...
Ethan Young
You think she'll get her head gear in this series?
Justin Long
I really hope shes not dumbed down to "tv show friend" like so many others. Rip in fuck Hellcat.
Justin Garcia
Given the poster shadows using a non comic design for Vision, I kind of do.
Jordan Thomas
There's not enough detail to Vision's shadow to tell that. It doesn't have the high collar from his comic cape. The main obstacle to the comic Scarlet Witch tiara was that Olsen has said she doesn't want to wear it.
Robert Gutierrez
They outright said it will, and that Olsen is in that film.
Julian Price
I hope Wanda has something similar to her Robinson costume by the end of this. Less tech-lines, more mystical
Tyler Turner
I guess it has the potential to be. More than anything I'm just salty that they blew their one chance at successfully putting Spider-Man into this behemoth of a franchise. Even if they hadn't gotten too greedy with their deal he still sucked anyways.
Ayden Thompson
The entire show is going to be a fabricated illusion brought on by Nightmare to lead into MoM. Squeaky clean suburban soap opera interspersed with surrealist horror.
