And that ended up ripping a giant hole in space called the Fault which was a doorway to the Cancerverse

The Inhumans abandoned the Kree to go back to Earth and the Kree built a new Supreme Intelligence out of two Reed Richardses

And then there was the Builder War in Hickman's Avengers which ended with Kl'rt taking the crown and uniting a couple of the warring Skrull factions

And then Bendis GotG happened, and the Black Vortex event which had Hala (the Kree Homeworld) get destroyed and the Supreme Intelligence died again.

The Kree who survived have mostly been focused on capturing the Inhumans and using them as weapons.
Although Noh-Varr built yet another new Supreme Intelligence out of Plex

Oh and Kl'rt has tried to rebuild the Skrull Throneworld (which was eaten by Galactus) a few times, just to solidify his rule and unite the many disparate Skrull clans under his banner. First by harnessing the Time Stone, and then by attacking Kamala Khan, hoping to use her shapeshifting Inhuman DNA as a scaffolding to build off of. Neither plan really worked out for him

Also the Phoenix Force during AvX and the Chitauri wave during Secret Empire (which was supposedly bigger than the Annihilation Wave) probably killed a couple of Kree and Skrull planets each.

I don't see how it could be anyone but Ewing. He's the only person that's ever bothered to do anything of significance with Hulkling (Heinberg included) and the face in the back is probably the Eternity Mask, which is another Ewing creation.
