I mean at this point the only place they have left to go would be bringing in multiple hulk personas (mr fixit, devil hulk etc)
especialy since planet hulk is out and as such so is world war hulk, though saying that I guess they could bring in devil hulk (or something like it), leading into planet hulk (just dropping the gladiator stuff I guess) then into WWH.

What happened to Hulk is literally him taking the cure, Hulk was killed off-screen and Bruce stole his powers, We never got to see the Hulk like in Avengers Earth Mightiest Heroes

This is a guy who can hold his breath for hours. I think he can hold a shit long enough to find a Hulk-toilet or a bathtub like Andre the Giant.
Andre the Giant lived a great full life Hulk-sized, and he had to deal with health-related stuff that Bruce is impervious to. He doesn't even have to worry about catching flights as he belongs to a club that can whistle up advanced jump-jets.
