DnD has left me wanting to get some stories with friendly/good human-level-intelligent dragons. Preferably animated or comic but I'll take non-Yea Forums recommendations, I'm always looking for books, podcasts, games and whatnot.
Flight of the Dragons? I think it has a scientist in a dragon’s body.
Hunter Sanchez
Ohhhh yeeeah, I've been meaning to watch that for years. Thanks for the recommendation!
Camden Hughes
The ending of that one pisses me off. The way Ommadon loses is pure fucking bullshit
James Morris
The Dragon Prince's dragons are meant to be smart. Haven't shown it yet, though.
Wyatt Stewart
>the dragonfag made a second thread
Landon Hill
Maybe it's someone who happens to like dragons too.
Carter Gutierrez
I'll gladly take this over the 200th bitching thread of the day
Ethan Fisher
DnD has good dragons OP. While it's true most of the metallics can be turned into an antagonist by the DM, the silver dragon is pretty much incorruptible.
They're good, have a shit ton of empathy and unertanding for other creatures and they love to be around humanoids
It's harder to explain than it should be but the protag basically >NO U's him out of existence
Thomas Reed
There's another dragon thread?
Kayden Murphy
Yes, and I was wrong. There are 3 now.
Jose Taylor
Did you make the other dragon threads?
Hunter Miller
No, that guy only made one. The other guy just wanted one dragon thread too, but someone though it was okay to make a second one about the same movie.
Nathan Bell
He means and the thread about the same video some goof made
Christopher Lewis
Only see one other (unless the Devil Dinosaur one counts?), and no. I'd been trying to plan some stuff for a DnD session, did some reading up on DnD dragons, and got to thinking that there HAD to be some good Yea Forums stuff with cool intelligent dragons... right?
If Yea Forums is beating us at this despite the fact that we can just draw stuff into existence, that's kinda lame.
Christopher Jenkins
Western media, especially movies recently have been absolutely garbage in that respect
Matthew Richardson
I like how even the good dragons have characteristics common to all dragons. They’re all extremely proud and hoard treasure
Bentley Reed
>Wasn't there a webcomic about a good dragon?
I think there was one named Ranya or something like that.
Kayden Rodriguez
>If Yea Forums is beating us at this despite the fact that we can just draw stuff into existence That's how "live action" does dragons too, user.
Nolan Mitchell
There's a bit of a difference in how much money it costs to put a dragon in as a main character of a mostly live-action show/movie vs. how much it costs to draw one in a comic.
They’re intelligent, but they don’t really align with the good part of OP’s request. Outside of the baby, they’re colossal cunts
Jayden Smith
No, it's the humans who are being dicks. The dragon king only stepped in when the humans decided they wanted to kill a WHOLE giant stone creature just to save one measly tiny kingdom.
Fucking humans, man.
Anthony Roberts
>Sol Regis Threatened to exterminate a city because of one man, refused to lift a finger to help humanity and got triggered when Aaravos stepped in >Thunder Pursued a kill on sight policy for trespassing with zero diplomacy, for three hundred years, and caused tensions to rise to the breaking point >unnamed sun dragon Repeatedly dive bombed a town until they fired back, just so he could say “oh no! They’re comin’ right for us!” We need a Garithos
>DnD has left me wanting to get some stories with friendly/good human-level-intelligent dragons. don't lie faggot you saw the lesbian dragon and because you're so auggestible you now have a new fetish
Tyler Hughes
I remember this episode more than others for some reason.
