Because Diego Molano’s only professional writing experience prior to Victor and Valentino was on NuPPG. He’s a bad writer who doesn’t know how to properly introduce characters or settings.

Wouldn’t this be S01E28? “Welcome to the Underworld” was a two-parter. In fact, each part had its own respective title card to make that even clearer.

So, it’s another case of CN not knowing how to properly organize or display their shows’ episodes? Got it.

This complete incompetence is the same reason why some people think Adventure Time had ten full seasons, when in reality, CN just divided Season 8 into two seasons—“8 and 9”—to try and make the full series feel whole with a more “complete” number of seasons. The show only had NINE seasons before getting cancelled. That’s how the AT Crew wrote it, and they intended the series run to be viewed as such.

So in Victor and Valentino's case, we were both right. While "Welcome to the Underworld" is indeed two episodes, it also turns out that "Balloon Boys" happens to be the true 27th episode of the series, unless CN decides to rearrange shit again

The episode was about the boys going with Sal to see the Nazca Lines, which means the show takes place in Peru. It was a nice educational traipse and the show could capitalize on doing more like it.

The conflict of the day revolved around Victor and Valentino fighting over who was Sal's favorite, spurring them to take advantage of the Nazca Lines to trace their desires into reality.

He then discovers a staff like object known as the Cazador de espirtius. (soul catcher) that catches Ghosts and deadly spirits, with it he can communicate with spirits and use spirit power to confront other creatures. He meets a young girl named Erica that knows the secrets to his family's history and the origin of these supernatural happenings. together they go on adventures to solve mysteries and find his dead brother in the underworld. however Mauricio is unaware that Erica is a deadly spirit in disguise, wanting to steal his soul. I don't know if this is a better improvement, but what do you think. To me it sound like a ripoff of Legend Quest, I don't know, I need to improve on writing a bit.

Anne isn't hot and Charlene isn't the protagonist.
The reason people like Charlene is because she is a little brown girl with thick thighs, missing teeth and a goth fashion aesthetic. Those are all great underappreciated traits for loli characters so it isn't hard to see why she is catching on over another fiery tough chick character.
