+ "Iron Man": What if... Tony Stark have died and Ho Yinsen would have lived? (Yinsen as the male Rescue, James Rhodes probably as Iron Man".

+ "The Incredible Hulk": What If... Hulk had the mind of Bruce Banner? No Savage Hulk, but "Professor Hulk" from the beginning. General Ross would surely exploit to create "stable gamma soldiers"; like Red Hulk himself.

+ "Thor": What If... Jane Foster got the hammer of Thor? Thor was killed by the destroyed before retrieving Mjolnir, Jane took it and became "Thordis".

+ "Avengers: Infinity War": What If... Thor would have killed Thanos? Just like Thanos said, Thor aimed to Thanos' head the first time, avoiding the first snap.

+ "Avengers: Endgame": A couple of ideas actually.
- What If... Hawkeye had died instead of Black Widow? How would have ended the battle then?
- What If... The Avengers wouldn't have failed to retrieve the Tesseract in the past?

I'm gonna go and guess Iron Man 3 could be both doing the original planned script (Tony's ex who discovered the Extremis virus was actually the villain) and also Potts still having the Extremis virus as well.
For Avengers 1, it could be "What if Loki's invasion forced Fury to call Carol Danvers?" or some actually interesting outcome.
And in Avengers 2, obviously "What if Quicksilver lived?" Of course, they're probably going with Wanda dying, but it would be interesting if Hawkeye died instead.
