the old man you are looking at right now is named "The Unspoken" and he first showed up in Mighty Avengers #27 in September, 2009. His powers are Terrigenesis Manipulation which basically allows him to have any power he can think of when given Terrigen, though it has a downside of only being temporary (based on how much Terrigen he has eaten or breathed in) and if he wants a new Power he has to lose an older one. imo he is a cool villain.
