If superheroes marry/date other superheroes that’s easy to do; you can get them involved in nutty superhero shit that keeps them apart, like the X-Men were frequently subjected to in Claremont’s run for example.
However if one is a normal person, then you gotta somehow make job troubles and life troubles interesting enough to take up page time in a superhero comic, and most authors these days aren’t talented enough to pull that off.
