Gatorade's better because of electrolytes, Coca-Cola's better for digestion*, coffee keeps you awake, orange juice has vitamin C and potassium, V8 has vegetable servings with lycopene and beta-carotene, and all of the above are equally as hydrating** as plain water (almost every non-alcoholic beverage is, even the caffeinated ones despite the myth about them dehydrating you).
