I myself do not like this book.
It overplays the "UGH MUH OPPRESSIVE BLEAK DYSTOPIA" trope and you can tell this is trying it's hardest to be The Dark Knight Returns yet fails all the same.
But I will give it this. It does has its nice moments, and the art looks pretty good.

Are you talking just graphic novels or in general? Because its true spider-man really doesn't have any actually good ones which is a shame but he's got a couple of banger single issues. How is marvel so bad at making graphic novels and DC is so good? Shouldn't they have sold out waaay before Marvel did? How did DC get the forethought for shit like Vertigo and Marvel didn't? Was it just money?
Though I will say I find last hunt as an obvious candidate but that works best with a broader understanding of the era, spider-man and the x-men was a recent favorite but it may be a little to humerus to be remembered
