I'm confused about Death's head. Wasn't he already in the 616 he showed up in Black Bolt and the Yondu he met with last chapter is suppose to be the current day one and not the future. That being said a different looking Death's Head with a skull face showed up in Infinity countdown Darkhawk.

On one hand, this is full of Young Avengers characters that I don't care for and an OC-equivalent legacy character.
On the other hand, the writer genuinely seems to get the title character, both in concept and execution. This was enjoyable, thank you OP.

Anyway, the constant reinvention of DH is always fun, so the idea of there being a "young Death's Head" now amuses me. What's interesting me is that he's DH 5, though- unless I'm missing something, there's no DH4, right?

Deaths Head has a sort of mother. A sorceress called Pyra. So, a bit like Wiccan in that regard.

No. I thought The Body In Question implied it was Pyra who stole him? It's unexplained from then on how he ends up becoming a freelance peacekeeping agent, or how he becomes giant for that matter

No, we know that he was stolen before Pyra did anything with him. And the Doctor is the person who enlarged DH and sent him to Transformers
