Another look at the Kree Sentries.

Go away Bree, no one cares.

She looks better with that haircut

If it’s concept art and it was never shot, I don’t think you can really call them “deleted scenes”

Their armor looks as generic as the Kree's bodyplate and just as bad. Why can't the MCU into /m/ aside from Iron Man-related stuff?

Carol at some kind of Kree dive bar/fight club.

Kree soldiers in more comic-accurate suits. Plus, the sash.

Carol VS. Fury with some kind of power glove.

They literally modeled Fury after Jules from "Pulp Fiction" here.

half of this movie is a disney version of pulp fiction

God damn I wish Brie Larson was my lesbian mommy gf

The original ending was apparently way bigger in scope, with a full-on Kree assault on Earth.

And the SHIELD would apparently get involved on the action.

Some of the super-early development concepts show that, but that's not necessarily what was scripted.
Also, that art specifically is the Skrull ship that destroys the bridge on Torfa.

Some sort of human/Kree hybrid jets.

I don't know where that would've fit either.

Kree ships.

Binary mode.

And some alternative costume designs.

It'd just be another tension-free battle in a tension-free movie anyway.

We couldn't have our great protagonist really struggling, could we now?

Yeah let’s cut out the one cool thing that might have posed a threat. Fucking Christ

Why are sleeveless suits so kino, bros?

Love the flying wing throughline the Kree fighters & warships had
I wonder why the Imperial Cruiser was more conventionally shaped

We need Sharkgirl and her surfing swimsuit in live action asap.

Who is the artist and why doesn't the actual Captain Marvel comicbooks look anywhere close to as good as this?

u srs?

Honestly, Captain Marvel is the first MCU movie I legit found bad.
Even Thor 2 was just bland. This was actively annoying me.
MCU tapping into nuMarvel was a terrible mistake and they just can't seem to stop now.

Have sex.

Well, this one I expected to be bad. Endgame was the greatest disappointment for me.
After all the buildup, they just used it as an excuse to retire their actors.

cuz a concept artist has the time to spend as long on one piece as a comic artist does an entire comic

How would that have even worked, continuity-wise? I mean it sounds cool, but I get why they didn’t do that.

Nobody cares about the MCU now that RDJ left and Captain America is the gay black guy from Black Mirror.
Sony did good by leaving them behind, enjoy your Black Widow movie,

MCU Widow is such a fucking disappointment.

Some of those scenes in the concept art look way better than some of the shit we eventually got.

Seriously. This was the climactic encounter the movie needed.

The movie didn't even tell what her powers are, the most basic of things in capes, so people think she is just Superman without Kryptonite weakness.

How does Japan do it though?

Blame the Feng Zhu design philosophy all these digital artists have.

Show me a Japanese comic with fully painted art like this coming out monthly.

>carol fighting nobodies several tiers below her weight class.

How interesting we never got to see this in the movie.

This variation looks pretty comic accurate, not perfect, but head looks like in Kirby's design.
