He's been "alive" since around the end of Bendis' run. Alive in quotation marks because he's currently having an existential crisis over whether he's the real Tony or just an AI in a meat suit in Slott's run. Now that Kamala has a new suit, this new suit could actually combined with an alternative version of Kang: Iron Lad. I can imagine this new version of Ms Marvel actually combined with Iron Lad's armor.

Yeah that's something she could have done that. However there are one or two small problems with that idea. Attilan is on the Moon again and it's also been nuked to hell and back by the Kree with using there new Boy Vox. So the healing Inhuman is likely dead.
