How would YOU do another Spider-Man reboot that's not tied to the MCU?

We've seen Spider-Man in high school, I think its time to drop high school, maybe move Peter, an actual MJ and his BFF Harry Osborn to college, maybe first year in uni - skip the origin, we know Uncle Ben gets shot and Peter's been Spider-Man since HS, sophomore year perhaps.

Anyway, as Peter is preparing for College and maybe contemplating proposing to MJ word gets out a number of criminals he'd helped put in jail over the course of his career as a teenage crime fighter have escaped, authorities have caught all of them save for Six.

When looking through who's unaccounted for he notices their aliases - Scorpion, Rhino, Kraven, Mysterio, Vulture and Doctor Octopus/Master Planner.

We meet the six villains off the bat, revealing they've all been planning the prison break for a while now and manage to rob an evidence storage unit for their old equipment and suits...thus born, is the Sinister Six.

Peter is still adjusting to the Uni life when he gets wind of one of the escapees causing havoc in Times Square its Rhino or someone idk but that's a diversion for one of the others to come and attack making it 2 on 1, forcing Spidey to fall back when the odds are not in his favor.

After some relationship drama, and can he do it drama Peter goes to all out war against the Sinister Six - creating Spider Armor Mk 1 to be impervious to Scorpion's acid, detect Mysterio's illusions, and physically match Rhino - after that he takes Vulture out of the sky and deals with the leader of the Six - Kraven one on one, eventually triumphant and leaving them to be hauled off back to prison.

Everyone celebrates and credits roll then in the post-credits, Peter catches wind of a series of robberies revealed to be the work of Black Cat - setting up a Spider-Man/Black Cat movie.

I meant to make Doc Ock the leader of the six, but still it goes as laid out.

The MCU let it in such a mess. Picking up after Endgame would be easy. They ruined his secret identity. I'd probably do some Spider-Men story that leads to Peter's world being lost in another world with no way back to his original home.

I would just make a film where it's already assumed the audience knows who Spiderman is and have him fight a bad guy I picked by throwing a dart at a wall

But if Peter is not in high school it is not a real Spider-man movie
Also we need to see Uncle Ben dying again, it wouldn't be a true Spider-man movie without Uncle Ben dying, after all, they need to show Peter's reason to be Spider-man.

Osborn needs to be the main villain too, screw the sinister 6, they can show up in some other reboot.

No, screw Norman we've seen his ass in two different movies let someone else or several have some time in the spotlight for a change.

And besides, you can easily have Peter visit Ben's grave during the film, have him be there in his darkest hour when the sinister six are on the verge of victory.

There's already enough spiderman reboots and redoing the same character and origin story over and over again is retarded, they should stick to making independent animated movies like spiderverse that focus on new characters

There's no way anyone would fund Spiderman where he's anti-SJW.
