Wrong, the rules say that you can't wish for someone to love you, it says nothing about summoning someone who loves you out of their own free will.

Your loved ones can be taken from you by the powerful. The love might remain, but they won't, and then it's not really love at all, just the memory of it.

How could they truly love you if they don't know you? Love isn't something you can wish into being.

There are a lot of wishes you could make that would help you find a soul-mate without breaking the rules. Maintaining the secret gives you access to the muffin for Rule free wishes, Godparents would also bring adventure, fun, and a carefree existence. Why would I pick anything else?

You wouldn't wish for the creation of someone who loves you in particular, you'd wish for someone who would fall in love with people like you.

How could your fairy possibly know that? They're not omniscient, they don't know what sort of person you're going to be tomorrow. Love is something built up over time by mutual consent, not something you acquire one day like a 1up.
