Its definitely a pick your poison type situation with Kenny and Little Cato. One is more physical torture while the other is psychological torture.

Kenny getting killed all the time sucks and he's poor, but he's not unhappy. He's had plenty of good memories with his friends has his own hobbies and a normal loving brother-sister relationship. Look at something like Princess Kenny he's having a ball.

Orel's middle-class but he doesn't really have anything, the only good thing he has going for him is his ability to filter out the bad until it's just too much. Compare his brother to Kenny's sister. Been too long since I watched the show to really comment here fully.

Haven't watched Furry Rick and Morty (honestly don't know the name) but from what I hear he had decades of sci-fi torture i.e. isolation and torment which easily puts him on top.
