Avenger AI was great but i will admit that was a really nonsense inclusion. It is best to ignore it.

Only Doc Justice and the top left dude have decent designs, the others are generic as hell and look more like a hero design you'd see in a cartoon that's within a cartoon.

The blackhole generator was more like a failsafe

It forced the Doombot to play nice with the team, and if Doombot ever tried to remove it, or step out of line or do anything supervillain-y then Pym or someone else could activate it and it would instantly kill Doombot

And since Doombot thinks he's Doom he has a self preservation instinct

Dunno. The one in Runaways was from Avengers AI 6 years ago. I thought the book was kinda inconsequential. I guess Rowell wanted to show she did homework.

It looks like Anka's Doombot design but that seems really weird since he's already in the book.

Maybe the cover is he "returned to normal" and solicit isn't related.
