I was more thinking of a dynamic where Kamala is a super fun of Ms. Marvel, she notices that Billy is watching a video of Ms. Marvel (presumable find clues of some bad guy) and thinks Billy's also a fan of Ms. Marvel. Kamala forces him to join the Marvel fan club (maybe there's a moment where Billy tries to prove he's not a fan but he makes it seem he's actually a superfan). Later they go on a "patrol" for Ms. Marvel, she never shows up since Billy’s there. Billy has that moment where he sees her in the light and he realizes he has a crush on Kamala.

No, Ms Marvel was Billy, Freddy was Marvel Jr and Mary was Mr. Marvel till Kamala came along and since she was Billy sidekick and all they decided to change their name to work with it. Billy became Captain Marvel, Freddy became Ms. Marvel and Kamala took up the mantel of Marvel Jr. Maybe read the comics one and awhile before trying to correct someone.

I think only the Marvel Family that's amalgam'd with counterparts.
Allows Billy to interact with both parts of DC/Marvel without getting too confusing, and it beckons further crossovers between analog elements, such as the Teen Titans and X-Men interacting with "Carol" as a Supervising Liason.
That said, I do enjoy that idea for 616 Miles Morales being a Spidey Fangirl, who Miles is merged with post-SW.
