Doesn't work that way. Plenty of people between their early 20s and mid 40s are just "sort of an age" in looks. A lot of it is down to how you dress, how you react to other people, that kind of thing. There's nothing abnormal about people who are somewhere between middle age and their early 20s in looks having a 20ish kid.
Hell if you got Teen Prognat then by the time you were 40 your kid could be 25. If you keep your looks - which is down to genes and lifestyle choices - then you're just going to look like a group of adult friends when you're out in public together.
