IIRC, she can copy anyone's power and use it better than they could (late in the series, she can do just it just hearing about a power or knowing it exists), has an ability that makes her stronger than her opponent, has an ability that makes her weaker than her opponent so that the plot favors her as an underdog, can read her opponent to know what they're going to do before they can do it, and can give friendship speeches that recruit (almost) anyone to her side. She also starts developing shit like regeneration and hyper speed when she's fighting opponents where she needs it.
She's basically that MSpaint comic about the guy who can beat anyone.

Then a new category of powers was introduced that she couldn't copy, but she figured that out too. Presumably, she'd be able to do it with anything if she needs to badly enough.

Also the fight was offscreen, so we have no idea how it went down All her power comes from being the "main character: of her own story, which can't really be applied in debates where she's up against other "main characters" like Goku. So while she can do the impossible in her own manga, it might not translate in this context. I only brought up the iihiko fight because it shows that she can "lose" and isn't omnipotent, so characters like wally west flash can potentially beat her.

She's a character written by Japanese Grant Morrison. Her power is called 「The End」and allows her to copy anyone else's power and advance it to its more powerful form. But that's just a minor thing that's not very important. What really makes her unstoppable is she's designated in-universe as a shonen protagonist and therefore cannot lose because the plot won't let her. The only real threats to her are another protagonist and someone whose ability is literally that he cancels out plot armor. Other than that the villains are a threat because of the danger they pose to her friends and family.
