Aang, Harry and Naruto didn't have good parenting. Aang was raised as a monk, Harry had Uncle Vernon, and Naruto was also an orphan.
They also prioritize their duties over their children, since they are heroes and having a baby won't change that.
It honestly makes a lot of sense, AND it gives conflict to their children as they grow up, since from our perspective they were great, but from them they are lacking of their needs.
