Tracing for drawing practices is really common, actually, nothing bad at it as far as you don't profit out of it nor call your traced work "original".
The actuall issue here is Vivz traces for her final products and gives no credits nor asks for any permission.

There's an image floating around of a comparison between Viv's characters and the same characters edited by a drawfriend that removed only a FEW spots, stripes, or other clashing colors. The difference was like the black void of space and being face first to the fucking sun.
