Kahn and Minh are both stereotypical domineering asian parents who don't view children as individuals but as robot sponges that need to tic all the right boxes to become the stereotype of the successful asian. They're also vindictive and mean and think they're better than everyone else. Nancy cheated on her husband, let him think her first child was his for 14 years and kept cheating that whole time. In fact Peggy was the only one who had any integrity because she thought Nancy was a better person than that and when she did find out she was the only one in the neighborhood willing to tell Dale. Peggy's biggest flaw is she's overzealous and masks her insecurities with false confidence. It's why it's fun to see her fail. But she's certainly a better person than the other two and the only one of the three who really shows any introspection when she is called out on her mistakes
