Yes

Your opinion is garbage lol

There is some fun moments but yeah, as a whole it is pretty bad.

And is getting even worse now

It’s kinda overrated. I’d rather read a few issues of the Italian Scrooge comics and have a good time then watch tons of shitty cartoon episodes.

Oh cool I didn't know Donald Duck was in this version!

You watched CuckTales

No u

It’s a huge disappointment. I still think the pilot episode is the best episode of the series thus far. The show deteriorated over season 1 and its problems were exacerbated by season 2. It’s frustrating because there was a lot of promise at first and it has some potentially good ideas, but they’re handled poorly.

If you want a good duck show watch The Three Caballeros

I've literally only watched one episode, the Darkwing Duck one
And I thought it was good

I haven't watched much but I've liked everything I've seen.

Why is it so hard to keep something good? The reboot was not perfect but it had potential.

Don't worry, he essentially isn't.

>They changed a lot of things in the reboot because Rosa is an austitic fuck that melts down over people calling the Uncle Scrooge comics Ducktales
>Even though Banks made the both of them
>The result is that the reboot is hot garbage
Nobody wins.

I don’t think the reboot is bad because they tried to appease Rosa or anything like that. My problem is that the show is trying to juggle too many characters and storylines at once - and it’s made all the worse that the writers don’t have a great grasp on what makes a genuine adventure narrative.

A reboot shouldn’t have to be an exact copy of the old show or the Scrooge McDuck comics - but it should have the basic heart and style. When you watch the original DuckTales, you can still see the clear influences from the Scrooge comics (watered down by some 80’s tropes).

The new DuckTales is...not even remotely close to any of the comics and doesn’t have the soul of the original series. If it’s a reboot of anything, it’s a reboot of Darkwing Duck. I have a sneaking suspicion that if the showrunners had their way, they’d be making a DWD reboot instead. However, since that didn’t get approved, they decided to start with DuckTales and use it as a back door pilot for DuckTales.

>MUH ROSA
who exactly is supposed to be autistic here?

Correction: “use it as a backdoor pilot for Darkwing Duck.” My apologies, I’m tired.

I really can't agree, OP.

That ain't the proper use of "MUH", so I'd hazard a guess and say it's you. And you can't deny that he doesn't get pissed over it. It's a well-known fact that he does.

You're probably the faggot that posts the pic of his convention table sign wanting people to get mad at him for differentiating his work from another

It's pretty much Gravity Falls with ducks, so yeah

You seem awfully sensitive about the subject, Don.

>every show is gravity falls!
unplug the internet, user cracked the code, game over everyone

Elaborate user, I'm curious to hear more.

It's generic, both at its best and worst.

Legend of the Three Caballeros is better

In this case it was directly inspired by Gravity Falls and it's very blatant
Why do you think it was picked up?

yeah popular opinion there
RIP 1940s Donald centered cartoons

fuck you, woo-oo

This is probably true

>Tfw half the episodes in season 3 are related to DWD

I could live with that.

Here's hoping for that second season.

Nobody cares, next thread.
