Kiryu has the advantages in pure firepower, size, strength and maybe speed. Dragonzord might have durability and definitely experience, plus the possibility of Battle Mode, but Kiryu has berserk mode, Tommy might win if he does the teleport move. They may give DZ the win out of pity also.

That's how I feel. If we go film to film, Kiryu seems more versatile, plus adding comics means comic Kiryu is involved, doubling his height and weight and scaling him to comic Godzilla from IDW. Regardless, I think even if Kiryu is stronger, he's constantly breaking down or running out of energy. DZ seems like it can survive long enough to outlast all of Mechagodzilla's attacks, comics or just film.
