I hate to say it, but probably Rick. Most of the other guys aren't willing to go to the same depths as him, and he's smarter (practically speaking) than the ones who are.

My money is on Rick.
In addition to being as smart as the rest, he will not hesitate to kill someone, has fast reflexes, can think on the fly, and performs well under pressure. He is completely in his element in a battle with other geniuses.

Second bet would be Jimmy Neutron, simply because of his absurd engineering capabilities. No one invents faster than Jimmy.

Rick takes down Membrain first because Mebrain is the most obvious threat and Rick is ready to kill unprovoked.
Stewie kills Jimmy next, as Stewie is also ready to kill and would have zero qualms about killing a child.
Immediately this would pit Brain, Peabody, Dexter and Von Quack against the two.
I imagine Rick would be able to take maybe Von Quack and Dexter down, but with everybody coming at him he'd be defeated.
Stewie has experience with know-it-all white dogs, so he gets the surprise kill against Peabody, after which Brain kills Stewie.
Then Doof traps Brain in a rodent cage.

Rick is canonically the smartest person in his universe.
Everyone else gets btfo all the time in theirs

Why is Ludwig even there? Gearloose would make more sense, he's an inventor. Ludwig is just an effete know it all.

You'd just have to drug Membrane so he sees everyone as Santa and Sharks he'd probably win.
