It was the GOAT

That's that YouTube channel that has full Invader Zim episodes right

90s-early 2000s YTV = Great
Late 2000s-current YTV = Massive dumpster fire

it was better than family channel but worse than teletoon

Gave us Mocha and Sugar Bay Bee

Whatever you make of it.

I liked YTV, it had Rupert which was my favourite cartoon as a little boy.

That depends on the timeslot and year. Saturdays were all about The Zone, but when it got replaced by Crunch is when I switched to Teletoon. Teletoon had better content at prime time and late night while YTV is where I went for afterschool and odd hours.

dude the zone was fucking based and crunch was good too with the blonde afro guy. I may or may not have rose tinted glasses on

I stopped watching around when it became the Spongebob & Fairly Odd Parents channel. Has it gotten any better since?

I lived in butt-fuck nowhere without tv in the 1990's. But I do recall watching episodes of 'Round The Twist' in 1993 while looking after a friends daughter after school at his place.

Loved the Zone and felt sad when Sugar left. I always tried to stay up and watch Bleach and Death Note when the night came, I also remember watching Eureka Seven and it being my most favorite anime ever. I also remember Gundan Seed I believe.

Mystery Hunters, Freaky Stories, Tales from the Crypt Keeper (I think), Martin Mystery and Team Galaxy, were among one of the things I loved to watch.

Anyone remember going on the site and playing with those robot avatar things?

No idea what it's like now.

It's now the Spongebob and Loud House and movies channel.

Is that the guy from Anti Gravity Room?

These videos are like a permanent link to those days for me.

AJ visited my Elementary school for some reason? Seemed pretty based from my hazy memories of that.
YTV was great because it had access to some weirder stuff - gave me access to Zatch Bell, Zixx, and the like, while also having kino such as Martin Mystery and Jacob two-two. Pity what its become now.

I met Wink Yahoo from Uh-oh in new brunswick. Got his autograph, no idea if it survived my many moves though :(

It was only good when it had anime.

I miss the good old days man, it really isn't as fun as it used to be.

and episodes of Jimmy Neutron
and Hey Arnold!
that's Keep It Weird

I had the biggest crush on PJ Katie

How did she get away with this?

How do we save YTV

Im sure they were laughing about it internally

Haven't watched anything on the channel since the Pretty Cure dub ended, but I have fond memories of it from my formative years.

I should have read the thread before posting. Of course everyone remembers Short Circutz.

Ah Pretty Cure. Despite it being 4kidz, it wasn't half bad.

Anyone remember the WHOA magazines? I used to get them at a Pizza Hut.

Someone's made an archive: ytvwhoamagazine.blogspot.com

Pretty Cure wasn't 4Kids it was dubbed up in Canada

which made it moderately better since they didn't change much besides some of the names

I don't remember her name, but the vortex girl was pretty hot. I think I generally went over to Teletoon after some point, because it mostly just became ripped Nick stuff instead of the cooler interesting stuff - Mystery Hunters etc.

Will have to add this to my ytv collection
