No melodrama, not trying to tug at your heartstrings, not saving the whole universe, just a guy who will cover himself with shit to put a smile ln a kid' face.

public menace

As a kid, this page made me think this guy had electric powers or some shit.

Ravage is based, redpilled, and underrated

I was confused, too, but apparently the smoke causes his clothes and hair to change color, which is pretty clever.

>Can't tell if Black Agent is talking to Rogers or USAgent
is white USAgent still a cripple with no legs and hands?

No, June Covington ("Toxic Doxie") fixed him up when she and a bunch of others were trapped in a pocket dimension.
She also grew Clor out into a real boy after removing his cybernetic parts and he found the hammer of the local Thor and became... something new.

I really hate that take on Q. It seems entirely like a boomer ranting "I hate computers, I wish things would go back to the way things were when I was a kid". Just lazily projecting the writer's wants onto a character and pretending that makes the character smart for agreeing with him.

And jumping across rooftops doesn't really work with him, but last panel is gorgeous.

>Just lazily projecting the writer's wants onto a character and pretending that makes the character smart for agreeing with him.

So...... exactly like the Question then

Yeah, but it's a bit different when the character changes from writer to writer.

If O'Neil's Question was his ideological self insert then Denny's got some problems because Q never found peace or happiness during that run. Hell he regularly spiraled inward because he didn't feel smart enough to solve any problem too big to punch.

Depressing to see how Marvel and faggots like Bendid and Quesada have ruined Spidey and what he really meant to people for years.

So it was like the current Batman run where Batman turned into a wimpy cuck like the guy writing it?

Hell no. Difference between King's Batman and O'Neil's Question is that Q had a supporting cast that could carry the action if he was moping or out of comission. And it never felt wimpy, just a natrual conclusion of all the shit he got put through. We get told how bad Gotham is, but all we get to see outside of the villans are muggings and a few attempted rapes. Hub City can take its toll on a man.

Hub city is worse then Star or Gotham right?

It's so bad that in the end, the Question was like "Fuck it, this shithole is unsalvageable and left.

>Clor out into a real boy after removing his cybernetic parts
.....wait, Ragnarok from Civil War got turned into a real boy. Plus Kid Loki is long gone. Definitely a missed opportunity there

Way worse. The only good cop was ON the take before figuring "fuck it" and doing police brutality on the bad guys.

Hub city is bad to the core. There's corruption and greed just like Gotham, but it permeates to near everyone in the city. There's no real cut off point of the good side and bad side of Hub.

I mean yeah we all know Danny is a perpetually angry former alcoholic boomer, but he's still based.

>character defining page to show to people who have never seen them before
>shows a disliked retcon that most writers ignore

I too like Medusa when she is being a Mom and a good wife.

There also is no external corrupting force. There are no supervillains coming to town to play king of the mountain, no evil billionaires trying to turn the city into their personal fiefdom, no cursed swamps, Indian burial grounds, demons, or 4th World hyperweapons to explain everything away, just a complete shithole of a town.

just showing him using his ability. jesus christ, user. calm your autism.

Um... it also shows his original personality no longer exists because every time he learns something new he forgets something old.

Like Kelly Bundy.

underrated

you are taking my prompt too seriously. calm down and get off the internet

Hub City is just pure human nature.

>Even adding a canuck in there

That's when you know the villian really despises the other guys. You gotta know what you hate.

Man, actually pissed off Atrocitus is fucking great.
