but that's clearly not the point of the movie. The point of the movie is that Rocko is a 90s kid (or young kangaroo anyway) and the people born in the 1970s/1980s who cling to nostalgia from their youth need to just let go and accept the present. I disagree with the message and the attempt to portray trannies as being just part of "the new normal" is idiotic as chopping body parts off is clearly a sign of extreme delusion and illness, however the show's writers/creator clearly wanted it to be a relic from the 90s trying to navigate the culture of the 2010s
