Normally I wouldn't change a thing. But if if I had to retroactively change the gender of one Justice League member, it would most likely be Batman.

In many ways I think it works pretty well with the themes of Batman's character.
Like the contrast between the surface life of Bruce Wayne and his vigilante activities as the Batman would be even greater if he was a woman. Like criminals wouldn't even suspect that she was a woman and they'd insist that the shadow was a man. The way he keeps mostly hidden. And no one would have expected the fashionable lady-Bruce being the infamous shadow "man" that's active at night.
The whole Joker thing would also be more fun if the Joker remained a man and Batman was a woman. Especially if you implemented Harley Quinn, which I guess is a given nowadays now that she is practically an obligatory mainstay.

What is interesting is that there is a historical connection between king arthur and the sarmatians(who are said to have been descended from the amazons, and live in the area amazon were said to inhabit by the greeks), so you could probably build upon that connection if you really wanted to.
