These are the comics sold in Walmart and other stores right? How have these been doing? All I've heard about is that whole thing with King's story of Lois getting shot in the head by Luthor.

I'm finding this SO enjoyable..It's very unexpected, I literally haven't liked anything Bendis has done in the past 10 years. I can barely tell it's him in this, I'd even go as far as to say that I..love it?

Yeah! He's writing a Batman that's really a very nice guy. I even found myself reading him with Diedrich Bader's voice from the Batman Brave and The Bold cartoon without realising it. I'm still very surprised how into this I am.

Another solid issue. They should just call this Batman after King's 85, or at least I hope it keeps going. Been wanting Derington on Bats for like a decade and so far Bendis does a refreshing take from King imo

Yeah. They're the traits employed by writer Brian Michael Bendis stuff like lame snarky jokes, weirdly stiff and drawn out sentences, characters sounding the same, repetitions, long run on expostion in an attempt to sound quriky, etc. etc.
