Ahhhh. Yeah it's a problem here. I'm a leaf in one of the bigger cities here and you get lots of teens in clubs with fake IDs. There's more getting in with fake IDs than not. And I a few of the states I've been clubbing in have had similar problems.
A lot of the times you gotta be careful with who you're hitting on, etc. Since a lot of the times the girls will say they're 18 when they clearly aint.
