I just started watching this show, I'm at the fox con guy episode right now

Really like it so far. The stories are pretty predictable but they're nicely executed, and all the main characters are cool. I thought Adorabat would be much more annoying than she is. And I can't decide whether MM or Badgerclops is my favourite character.

As much as I like the cartoon, the intro makes me cringe. The first thing you say to me is "I love you." Adorabat, I don't even know you. You're making me feel weird and overly committed.

It was already there. It came with the position. The fact that it’s outside of town suggests that they used to have a sheriff department but it became obsolete with the ruby keeping everyone protected.
Pretty sure badger and Mao have done a lot to it to make it their own, though. Wandering adventurers are probably accustomed to carving out their own space wherever they can find it.
