I don't think so. From my past experience, all deliveries are done by the company/person doing the kickstarter.

it carries the whole thing. Cute characters, great art, fairly bad writing and serious issues with focus and pacing. Doesn't help that they're under Hiveworks, who do an awful job with promotion. Try checking their "news" page sometime.

Honestly my only complaints are the length of the Ricket/Yahgie arc and how it ended. It feels like they tried to pace things like it were monthly chapters when it actually took them years to do.

Rem has said this new arc will be another long one but it at least looks like we'll have the whole cast this time.

You can tell because the hand drawn art for the game is far better than the sprites and there's big tiddies everywhere.

Yeah, the art as well as the "inking" is absolutely fantastic

I really like that "animated comic panels" style? Would be cool to see Rem get in contact (she probably has too much on her plate already) with somebody having experience in that kind of format, to make enhancements for certain DC pages, every now and then? See Ava's Demon, Colorless, etc.
