everyone remembers that

good job finding anything about this

jetix sure had a lot of asian-inspired shows on it.
pucca, oban star racers(my favorite), this.

He was pretty chill.

Much like George of the Jungle, this show actually got another season a couple years ago, LONG after its initial run.

I know I've probably never seen that show ever, since it's french, but that one still reminds me of every single weird cartoon that surfaces in my memory like a fever dream

Attached: 44014488e8acb26fe6a9c24e9515d285[1].jpg (410x308, 18K)

true but this was on nicktoons

I have the entire series as-seen-on-nicktoons DVD. I remember seeing it just a few times on the channel. I'm pretty sure when me and my sister were very young she was resting and I remember it being on the TV guide and her telling me to wake her up when it came on. I don't have a lot of memories from around that time so this one is interesting. I think I remember watching the theme and then waking her up.

Also when the complete series got to my house after I ordered it online around maybe 2010 there was a broken flap thing for holding the disc so that one was always scratched. Still the first time I saw most of the series, I was just into buying cartoon DVDs at the time. I have a huge collection from back then.

Also Kaput and Zosky, I remember finding it on youtube about 6-7 years ago from old NIckelodeon commercials, I don't remember ever seeing it on TV but the theme and voices sounded familiar when I first watched it. I don't own any of it though, I found it after I stopped buying DVDs.

>not seeing Tino's Mom in every other waifu thread

Oh dear God

Why would you remind us that this monstrosity exists

Can you imagine, someone actually created this hideous thing, and then it aired on television for everyone to see

Someone "designed" these "characters" in this exact "art style" and thought they were doing their job

A human being was (or several human beings were) responsible for these color palettes and other conscious design choices

Like, how. Why.

As a Brit I am furious

I have literally seen ZERO mentions of it on Yea Forums ever aside from mine

i liked it

why my polish folks liked it i have no idea

there was nothing else on foxkids?

I smell a fellow eastern European. Louie was awesome, and apparently we got a better intro than muricans did (ours didn't have a stupid lyrics)
Shuriken was also great

wasn't the guy depressed or something? i remember there being something kinda sad about him and why he could understand what his dog was saying

It was ok. I still remember Louie's dad talking about his war wound. "I'm freezing my war wound off!"

This shit

the german dub was great

It looks like they used the default paint color palette to paint those things

>there was nothing else on foxkids?
Aside form this we watched Wunschpunsch and What's With Andy? on Fox Kids.

>my polish folks
As somebody who is polish and loved the show a lot, I have no,idea. Haven't ever re-watched it past childhood, nor watched it in English.
Maybe the dubbing changed a lot of jokes for the better?

i remember this show, it was about a guy who was protecting kids from nightmares in their dreams.

i think i found some sheep fuckable.

weird.

Been searching for this show for years online, but it's fucking GONE

Wunshpunch was based

I remember having a bunch of samurai warrior figures when I was a child. You could pull off their armor and they came in different colors like the power rangers, pretty rad shit.
Does anyone knows if they come from a cartoon or something?

Afaik it was well set to local reality.
Andrew especially.
And memorable quotes which also found a place currently.
Maybe What's With Andy and Sonic X was the other more memorable ones.
Others depends of availablity in terrestrial channels which aired SRMTHFG, ATOM, WITCH and Yin Yang Yo. In these there more selective taste

Man, Teletoon was a gold mine for obscure "how the fuck did this get greenlit? shit.

I remember watching this, or something similar to this, back when it came out. It always started with a live-action of Louis some-actor, talking about his childhood, then out would turn into the cartoon and basically be some goofy thing that happened when he was a kid? I think it was a spinoff of a more popular TV show at the time which did the idea better (which means, did it well at all).

Based, I used to watch this one all the time as a kid, but the only episode I have any kind of explicit memory of is one where the crocodile (alligator?) is in a boxing match with a duck. He needs to go the bathroom, but the line is too long, and I think he's supposed to throw the match or something but he's so desperate for a piss he just eats the duck.

Is this like a proto-Pelswick or something?

>that German dub that was filled with profanity

AGGHHHHHH TURN OFF THE NOZZLE!

I watched an episode where the dog went to court to be recognized as a citizen and have the same rights as every human for all dogs, which was really weird to me even as a kid because nobody could understand the dog except for his owner so the dog had him speak on his behalf. The dude would just look insane to any person, I remember it making me mad.

you just KNOW

As a kid I must've only seen this show a few times and only because our French teacher, who taught history ironically enough, would just put it on whenever she was hungover.
I was enamored with it but nobody else had ever seen it (I don't think it was ever released in America) and I couldn't remember what it was called. Anyway I just rediscovered it a few weeks ago and bought the DVD box set on Amazon.

youtube.com/watch?v=JCqoXCLECuM
youtube.com/watch?v=haiRxOlEh1M
youtube.com/watch?v=zl4UIfwVOA4

Same artist created both, so kinda. Pelswick technically came first but it looks like production for both happened around the same time.

Once Upon a time... is an excellent educational cartoon, the very first was about human body, but then they expanded it to History of Man and then even Space

I hated this show. Even as a very young child I thought it was just cheap and dingy and unpleasant. Especially the lighting.

Attached: MV5BMzhlOWFhNWQtYTMwOS00YWU3LWJkOGUtYmIxN2Q5MTJkN2ZlXkEyXkFqcGdeQXVyMzI2MDEwNA@@._V1_.jpg (377x657, 130K)

I saw that someone had uploaded the entire ...Life one on YouTube, was thinking about checking it out because I really liked ...Man and I want more.
Also isn't the Space one more of a SciFi adventure series, like Star Trek or something? Sounded pretty alright from what I read about it on Wikipedia, might have to hunt that one down too.

I'd catch this on rare occasion on Nicktoons Network, I'd like to grab it all to watch sometime.

Saw this a lot more often, lovely little show.

I remember this one, the treasure hunt episode I liked.

More Nicktoons features. I remember Skyland pretty well, the last episode I remember seeing was the one where the evil empire-dudes had found the main casts' home base island, but were tricked into leaving owing to a machine the MC scientist old fellow built.

Wait, no Tutenstein was Discovery Kids, ah well. They also had Grossology and stuff like Kenny the Shark, Growing up Creepie, and Time Warp Trio, I 'member.

I've been trying to find this dumb older puppet show for fucking years, my teacher played an episode of it in class once and I've never been able to find it. All I remember was that it was a bunch of skits with the main story being two terrifying looking puppet babies talking to each other. The last shot was a merry-go-round it zoomed out to show the Earth. I sound like a fucking madman typing it all out but its all I can remember.

I remember waking up at 6AM to watch this before school. None of the other kids I knew watched it until one time I had to go to the hospital for a possible broken finger, and a girl was jumping around with a makeshift bracelet on her arm pretending she was a ninja from the show. My finger wasn't broken and I had some fun. :)

I have been trying for AGES to find this series in a good quality online. It really helped scratch my Jackie Chan Adventures itch and I remember loving the main character.

I can't even recall what channel it came on though.

oh it hurts alright

I remember this show because Piggley's VA currently voices Naruto Uzumaki.

when I try to remember anything about this show all I can think of is Bobby's World for some reason

Alright, not sure if this counts, but I remember a cartoon I once saw in some obscure children's channel that I don't remember, in fact, I remember almost nothing about it, nothing except for the fact that it had main good prince-dude who was maybe allied, maybe ruled over, and army of dinosaurs with lasers, I think they had lasers, but at the same time, these dinosaurs have little presence in the show and were just kinda there. In at least one battle they wore black armor

I remember that

Oh dear God, I remember that show. It was always a bit uncanny for me.

I definitly am the only one that remembers this and I'm starting to think I just made it up.

It was on CBC and it was a cartoon (maybe CG?) about how the NHL teams all got replaced by robots except for the Montreal Canadiens and they kept playing with humans to resist the corporate takeover of hockey.

My favorite episode was then they messed with the town's clock and basically messed up with everyone. I still remember some dudes digging a hole and dug very deep until the clock returned to normal.

Don't know if it counts as Yea Forums or if it's obscure, but when I was in early middle school, I watched Gigantor at 6:30am every chance I could get, right before Adult Swim transitioned into Cartoon Network. It's also where I saw THAT Adult Swim bumper.

this show fuckin rocks

Wasn't this on Nicktoons Network all the time around 2006-07?

I think this had a comic conclusion, but it was never translated into English.

Same with the novels.

I still hold out the faint hope that every episode will finish getting fansubbed, or that the English dub will one day be found.

I remember watching Peccola as a kid.
Don't remember anything that happened, just wondering why everyone was square.
It did lead me to Gregory Horror Show later on in life, though.

>Rebooted with animation eighteen times shittier than the old show

Every time. At least they got the old voice actors back.

I remember the episode with the beanie kid who couldn't get angry, and the one where all the kids got replaced by clones that were always nice.
They may or may not have been the same episode, it's been so long.

Im surprised at how well preserved this show is. Pretty much every episode is avaliable on Youtube. Some guy on Yea Forums even exchanged emails with the creator. This was THE "you are a very young child who woke up at 3am and cant go back to sleep" show. like 2 hours of this followed by 2 hours of Gadget Boy

I was thinking about the theme to this just this morning

Watched this when I was a little toddler. I remember he slides down a slide from his tree home or something.

Jane and Jester forever man.
I still ship them to this day.

Well, they sailed around the ocean from Jamaica to Penzance. But they didn't want gold, and they didn't want treasure.

They just wanted pants. Pants in the poopdeck, pants in the hole, pants in the chest where there should be gold. Pants in the crow's nest, pants at sea, and a big pair of pants where their sail should be.

Also they made generic grunt noises.

Christ, I haven't seen this since the 4Kids site shutdown

I preferred Growing Up Creepy as a kid and usually only watched Edgar and Ellen if it was coming up next.

I remember seeing this show on Discovery Kids like 14 years ago, but really don't remember anything about it.
I think Dragon Tales is semi-well known, used to love it as a kid.
Kind of stinks this show only had like 5-9ish episodes, I thought it was cute.
Guessing this show didn't air in the US? But I do remember Mr. Meaty. I don't think I was creeped out about that show, but if I tried re watching it today, I wouldn't last an whole episode.

Still miss the show honestly, I even used to follow the web series and I loved how they improved the animation in the show. Here's hoping for some sort of miracle so we can have the series once again

I've got one, but I don't remember the name of it. I can't recall if I watched it in CCD/PSR or during elementary school when the guidance counselor came to visit and teach us morals and feelings, or maybe bible morals. It taught by telling a bunch of allegory stories to these two visiting kids from Earth. They visited Dragon Tales style, I'm pretty sure. I'm pretty sure there was a talking lion, maybe with wings. It wasn't good.

Born in 2000 but whenever I have to think of a really old and obscure show this always comes to mind for some reason, it was pretty shit then came and went without a trace, I don't think it even lasted more then one season

I always loved the fact that she wasn't a depressed goth and was really nice to her friends.

Just random gag scenarios, plus they never really explain why his best friends are a living pineapple boy and an Asian looking robot girl. Guess just because it was wacky and/or random.

Sounds like SpongeBob.

I only remember hearing about it because I knew someone who's dad worked on it or something. I think between the producers and distribution company, there was also a slew of cartoons for that line of those flying fairy dolls.

I used to think it was a spin off of Chicken Little

Reminder that in Italy they made a live action sequel of this.

Yep, I remember watching the reruns of this show everyday until they stopped because I was convinced there was a final episode that they only aired once.
Years later I ended up researching this show and find out it never existed.

I actually have no idea of it's production history, just that it used to be my favorite show in the old days.

This show was pretty good, I remember the enemy ninja and blue haired bitch were funny as fuck.

Dumb Bunnies was a show in 1998. In french, it had the same name as Raving Rabbids "Les Lapins Crétins". I strongly believe Ubisoft (french btw) largely inspired itself with the show to create the rabbids but nobody has ever heard of it.

Attached: les_lapins_crétins.jpg (290x309, 32K)

Aired in Australia. It was pretty meh from what I remember.

Would’ve been a great cover if not for the shouting children

Can't tell tbqh I was around 5 when it aired. Concept was a family of bunnies doing everything wrong like sleeping under beds. My family liked it for some reason. Safe to assume it was meh seeing its short lifetime tho.

Mike's based, gave me a thing for redheads, good lord that tummy.

Sorry if this was already posted...

Attached: IMG_4631.jpg (250x186, 30K)

It was pretty much just lolsorandom crap. Haha, look at those bunnies doing things like you aren't suppose to!

the chick with the tits was voiced by the same person who did sailor moon. It was very confusing to watch when I was young and hear her in this.

Holy shiiiit. That's the show with a rhino principal and the pig is a janitor lol. So much fucked up shit happening in that high school
Kino but damn it didn't age well
Very underrated. Kids show were great before all the moralizing bullshit

these goomba like things creeped me out.

the toy was even worse

does anyone remember a series of cartoon shorts that aired between shows that started with "a friend of a friend of a friend of mine once told be about.. (and then the actual story started, the whole thing being told just by the narrator)"

I only remember three episodes:
>some super gross nerd starts to like a girl because she always gave him some weird cakes she made, so to keep her he starts gifting a bunch of random crap to her (including literal trash) and she keeps giving him the cakes. In the end it turns out she was just using it as a test subject for a machine she made that converted trash into edible food
>another is about some model who became obsessed with a special diet pill but the thing had some horrid side effect if you drank water after eating them
>the last one is some story about a serial killer/criminal/urban legend with a hook in place of one of his hands. i can't remember much about it besides the episode having a really annoying jingle and the hookman's hook staying stuck on a car door in the end.

i remember watching it for a while, it was fun but largely overshadowed by most of CN's lineup at the time.

pretty much floating in the line of mediocre to bad.

this show's premise was fucking stupid. true, the kid's dad was a crazy weirdo, but everyone thought his dad was cool plus he was crazy rich.
Fuck that ungrateful little shit.

What was this part of, again?

Grizzly Tales has sort of "cult classic" status in Finland

Had the books in Italy, didn't know it got a show.

Not him but uh let me try
Basically
>"shinzo" is the last remnant of humanity after a war between humans and monsters called enterrans
>main girl is the last living human, must find her way to shinzo to reunite with her people
>teams up with good natured enterrans
>she meets one of them when she saves him from prison basically
>adventure ensues
>eventually turns out that shinzo was destroyed years ago and she has no hope of reviving the human race
>except the good enterrans basically kill the evil enterran who wiped out humanity before he can do so by time travel
>shinzo now exists, good enterrans die after the final battle, girl gets to shinzo and humans repopulate
>humans now coexist with enterrans
>og good enterran is back in prison
>some completely different chick now rescues him and says she was sent by the original girl protagonist
>last arc is alien invasion or some shit
I don't know if I explained it very well, it's pretty confusing in the show itself

Ye pretty bad but 5yold brats don't have very high standards heh. Still, Raving Rabbids short-films were a lot based around them manipulating human objects which was the concept of the show.
Ye it's originally a book. Just browsed a bit about it. Show was in english, only translated in french and also chinese it seems.

Freaky Stories I think. Did you get the bug and maggot narrations when they aired between commercials?

Attached: tx86yol2ydt01.jpg (1280x720, 94K)

>another is about some model who became obsessed with a special diet pill but the thing had some horrid side effect if you drank water after eating them

The side effect was massive inflation and I'm pretty sure it must have awakened something in a lot of weird kids.

I remember the guy who tried to siphon gas from cars a d accidentally ate shit from the septic tank of an RV.

And the girl who put son much stuff in her hair it became solid and when they took a buzzsaw to it fucking spiders popped out.

I loved this show.

Sherlock Hound was great too but I only found it as an adult. Its dub is on Crunchyroll fir whatever reason. I'm assuming they aired it here at some point.

Attached: d249c61445c786348372f6a1da8b8d411456263627_full.jpg (640x960, 281K)

No, it didn't have the bug and maggot narrators, at least not from what i remember.

>The side effect was massive inflation and I'm pretty sure it must have awakened something in a lot of weird kids.
Yeah, i remember now, the pills were some weird sponge-like thing too if i remember right,

I loved the aesthetic of this shows backgrounds so much. I think that's why Gravith Rush 1 and 2 became my favourite games.

Did a quick research and yeah, it was freaky stories, but oddly enough when they aired it over here in my country they didn't have the bug/maggots, just the animation shorts.

Maybe someone here can help me. I remember seeing a cartoon scene where a 70's family is having a bbq and there's "2 Stupid Dogs" and something happens and a brother and sister from the bbq start making out.

Can someone please tell me this is real and from an actual cartoon.

Attached: 1565795871977[1].jpg (400x225, 14K)

Oh damn the bug puppets were the best parts. I remember they even had them with Phil on YTV once between commercials.

Oh no after I wrote that I started to remember it so fucking vividly. If I watch it on youtube I'll shit myself because it feels so weird to remember something so random so vividly.

Yeah, its a shame i missed out on that. Dunno if it had something to do with cartoon network airing the shorts over here or something.

>Oh no after I wrote that I started to remember it so fucking vividly. If I watch it on youtube I'll shit myself because it feels so weird to remember something so random so vividly.
Its a super weird feeling, but its nice being able to actually remember something instead of being stuck with just that itch on the back of the brain while trying to figure it out.

user, that's Yea Forums, but still thanks for sharing it

You mean shit the creators barely remember.

Was there one about a guy who helped an old lady, he waited for her to pay him, he was so bored he ate a jar of unsalted peanuts?

Holy shit.

Yeah, looks like it, about as batshit as my lingering memory remembers it to be, thanks user! Managed to figure it out based on barely a memory of it

thank god i was about to post about this out of fear it was forgotten

I always liked the design of that species of dark bastards, what was their name?

Those movies used to scare the crap out of me as a kid.

Fucking kino.

I'll jam out to this any day of the week.

>dark bastards
Shame on you! They're called Urban Americans.

Nobody questions it because in the UK, you're a subject not a citizen. State can do whatever the fuck it wants in the name of public order.

>plus they never really explain why his best friends are a living pineapple boy and an Asian looking robot girl
One of the first episodes is about the scientist guy building the robot girl, and is fruit people any weirder than animal people?

>and is fruit people any weirder than animal people?
Not enough cartoons (other than Yakkity Yak and Gumball) have fruit people in them.

OK KO had that strawberry slut. That’s all I can think of.

I’m well aware of the books since childhood, had no idea there was ever a cartoon. Huh.

i remember you from last thread

based weon, diego y glot was the shit at least the first season was

I cant believe they edited Spongebob over John K.

I shit you not, my utterly retarted latino brain convinced me to watch this shit under the presumption it was South Park and "Tres amigos y Jerry" was its name in spanish, because our well known tradition of fucking up names and titles in the dub.

Someone help me remember a cartoon
It was an old cartoon with musical sequences and all I remember is that the characters were animals and the bad guy (at least in the episode) had an ever-advancing yellow brick road that eventually ran him over
I used to know the title but now I forgot, I know it was something dumb

>Had a shitty reaction image of this fucker saved for years
>Had no idea where he came from
>first 8 seconds of that vid plays
>Literally everything comes flooding back
>Remember always seeing this as one of those pre-movie ads before one of my land before time VHSes
Fuck

I am an eastern europoor and I know almost all of these. I grew up on SuperRTL, which had a ton of crappy, forgettable shows. FoxKids, JetX and I was able to tune the dish to watch Cartoon Network, until they blocked it, then buttfucked it with regional, dubbed piece of shit programming.

God, I'm old.

Oh shit, I remember this one. They aired on the same channel in the Netherlands right after the kindergarten block was done, and the elementary/high school cartoons and series went on. Weird ass show.

huh? that episode is a classic and one of the most memorable episodes in ALL of spingebill

Why did you just post a funny scene of Spongebob?
Am I missing something here?

youtube.com/watch?v=k472n5Pg5mw

the scene with the two gasoline buckets was cut from the episode after the first airing for some reason.

never noticed it

WATCH MY CHOPS

For a long time i never knew it either since they always aired the edited/cut version over here.

I just remember a couple clips from it but I remember nothing about it otherwise. I think the creator's story is cool though.

Attached: p462305_b_v8_ac.jpg (960x1440, 376K)

Man I should rewatch Shinzo

how long were these show's episodes?

Attached: threedelivery.jpg (960x1440, 194K)

Germany is Western Europe

the game introduced me to the show. the concept was pretty fuckin dark. the only thing that kept the book from being worse is that the ducks finally left the city in the end and didnt have to live in fear anymore. the show is basically the bad ending or alternate universe where nobody listened to the baby duck and they all stayed and continue the cycle of being fattened up then eaten by the crocs

i like this animation

who else was /toopoorforcable/ here

My nephew watches this all the time

godbless

this is one, it was aired in the UK but I dunno about elsewhere. it was called the blunders.

there was one episode where they find a genie and the dad says "well blow me down" and the genie thinks that's his wish.

anyway I can never find the theme tune on YouTube even though I still remember it.

I always assumed this was popular.

both of them were celebrity cartoons on Fox Kids

Wasn't this a series of web animations initially, or am I remembering that wrong?

I remember this, didn't the craters make another show called "Rated A For Awesome"? It had a similar art style at least.

This show was great, was probably the big thing that got me into stuff like mathematics. Isn't it still airing too?

This feels familiar but I barely remember anything about it.

I remember this movie a lot when I was a kid for some reason, even if i forgotten the title until now

Me and a few fans love this show

yep, both were by naomi iwata.

I vaguely remember some episodes of it, pretty neat but nothing that stood out too much to me. I remember the main villain's son being an interesting character.

Too fucking real.
Used to watch this all the time.
Still don't like math, but this show made it a little more tolerable for me as a kid.

I was a bit too old for it, but I remember legitimately liking this show.
Especially Quack.

Was there more than just the pilot? Because that’s all I remember of it.

This looks like that shit I was on HBO Family when I was a kid, I think it was called Crashbox which can also be used for this thread.

I remember this shit!

I'm convinced I'm one of the few people on Earth who remember Mitch Shelley.

Yes, it got 2 seasons.

I remember seeing this in my video store along with other stuff I never saw on TV.

HBO Family it seems, I remember them.

God I'm so old; most of the stuff in this thread I recognise is stuff I think of as fairly recent.

Before the thread dies I remember there was this cartoon but it might have been a CD Rom thing, it was like this weirdly drawn MSPaint looking show with a color scheme that reminded me of those PC coloring games where you could make skin dark blue and stuff.

I need to know what this is its one of my earliest memories.

>Marshal Bravestarr
My boomer dad told me about this show.

Anybody remember a made-for-TV-movie or maybe a special featuring a person going on adventure in a foreign land and there was one musical segments where two (pig?) brothers sing about each other? It was gritty and scary and the brothers were co-mayors or something.

Pic unrelated.

A solid childhood memory. I caught it like 6 years ago on some channel and I was surprised that Quack was enjoyable and written the way he was for such a low age demo cartoon.

We really needed a revival of this over Rocko where the creator could have got is season arc/tv movie idea episode out there that if you stay in Chalkzone too long you become a chalk person and that there was one already in there.

>some jew is probably going to be the one to bring back pic related
>a jew is going to be my personal hero now
everything I know is a lie

i watched a few episodes for the brief period I was consciously aware of that channel

Thread is dying, just wondering if anyone remembers the kid pix program from elementary schools?

...Son?

This, Kenny the shark ,and grossology were some of my favorite after school shows back then.

I miss Discovery Kids. Tutenstein always reminded me of Snap from Chalkzone.

Loved this show and thank god I wasn't the only one who was poor

Yes, that shit was awesome! I love that the game is more vulgar than the show

Same here! Used to love it a lot more, but I do rewatch it for nostalgia.

I loved this show! It had good messages in it, but was taken off the air too soon. I remember watching the reruns on Nicktoons Network though

Damn dude Ulysses 31 looks rad as fuck

How's wife and kids?

Why does she hate boys?!
