So objectively speaking, this is the best TMNT animated series right?

Whichever one you grew up watching is the best to you. There's no "objective" best.
This but anyone growing up with the current series is wrong
What if I grew up with fast forward?

I agree, but also

I grew up watching the original. It wasn't the best.
Then I saw 2003, which improved on a lot of things, and incorporated stuff from Mirage... but some of the new ideas it had were terrible (Utrom Shredder), and not everything from Mirage was great to begin with (I'm sorry, but April the programmer who gave up programming at the drop of a hat to run her dad's old antique shop is not a great character).
2012 had a lot going for it, and frankly the first season set the stage for it to be the best of the lot... and then it just sorta slowly fell apart, through a mix of never following through on some elements (there was a promise to Shredder being a complex villain with twisted relationships to Karai and Yoshi, which sort of died on the vine), and self-indulgent nonsense ("I know, I'll end the series by saying the boys basically failed to save the world and everything got nuked, in order to do a Mad Max homage!")
Rise is trash.
Objectively, TMNT has been a mix of really cool ideas and exceedingly hit-or-miss execution ever since Eastman and Laird first started messing around with their little Frank Miller parody.
