Phoenix Five easily. The moment a Phoenix Five is defeated, its portion of the Phoenix Force will be transfer to the other existing members. And the last one standing will possess the complete Phoenix Force.

Hal will just have to go full Parallax against and kill the corps. The intermediate fight will be Parallax Hal vs. Green Lantern Corps. vs. Phoenix Five. Final fight will be Parallax Hal after draining the Central Power Battery vs. Phoenix Cyclops with the complete Phoenix Force.

Bending will isn't the only way to control someone's mind. Just ask Old Man Logan. She could wipe their memories, make them see each other as enemies, or maybe she could just deconstruct their brains with telekinesis. Good luck blocking that with a power ring.

Didn't Doctor Doom shrug off mind control with pure willpower? He took off his helmet and everything.

Willpower your way out of that, like that time Hammond wiped Hal’s memories.

Hammond wasn't trying to kill Hal. If anything that proves just how hard psychic powers counter a power ring.

If telepathy can breach a power ring, so can telekinesis. High level Marvel psychics can deconstruct matter at an atomic level with their powers.

No it was specifically mind control. Doom made a big deal about not needing his helmet to protect him from telepaths.

Its still pheromones based. You have to breathe in his pheromones and he can mind control you via suggestions that he makes. Against legit telepathics, Doom have physic shielding in his armor that protects him. Emma Frost was capable of bypassing it and read his thoughts and until he told her to stop it. Red Skull clone w/ Xavier's brain was outright capable of bypassing it and started to affect Doom.
