What did you laugh at before 2016? Comedy has always very much skewed left since I can remember, growing up with 8 years of Bush. If anything, 2008-2014 were the years of comedy drought because of the extra precaution of mocking a half black half white president.

I unironically used to watch the Colbert Report and Daily Show.
It's been quite a few years, but I seem to vaguely recall comedy involving making jokes, instead of just putting your asshurt on full display.
