I remember seeing this once small comic where in the dreamland episode after seeing that 80's Dip, Dipper managed to summon his own fake Mabel with muted colors that started looking at everything like it was a mystery to be solved. The real Mabel looked at that and looked at the 80's Dipper and realized how much of an asshole she is.

Fanfic writers came up with stuff that was a million times better than what we got.

I would have animated the stories in the comic.

The faggot's original plan was three seasons, one for each month of summer, until he was too lazy/drunk to pull it off.

Season 3 where Mabel has to fucking take responsibility; both for her actions and a subplot of saving Dipper and Stanford. Make her grow up and realize she has been an utter bitch and she doesn't want to grow up with a strained relationship with Dipper like Stanley and Stanford have.

All of the good ideas couldn't be shown on Disney anyway.

The problem with Gravity Falls is that the quality of characters is most closely defined by their adversity, and how they overcome it. Mabel, in this regard, was seriously lacking and little more than a B plot character. She needed a Boss Mabel style plot wherein she realizes her way of doing things isn't working, instead of Mabel-wank.
Also by this measure, Wendy was a bland character overall. If "unattainable girl" was the goal, she should have been more aloof and cool, like she's somebody we're interested in getting to know. Instead, we know most everything about her, but she has no real struggle. Even during the apocalypse she was thriving. Robbie coming to a truce with Dipper puts even him above Wendy. Even Soos, as the comic relief, has more depth with his father issues and Stan idolization.
Stanford needed to not be wasted potential. His backstory was good, but once he returned he basically was either absent or excelled at whatever he did. His inability to not fight with Stan was interesting in the finale, they should have done more with that.
As far as episodic adventures go, Mabel and Dipper need to stick together and act like siblings more like in early season 1, instead of A-plot/B-plot. Episodes with other character pairings would be nice, like Stan/Wendy.
As far as plot, have the wheel mean something, bill's plan, Stan's memories, add another season, yadda yadda.

Much like the Simpsons writers, he could never into female characters and tends to view them as plot devices/waifu b8.
