Ok time for some autism. Using my evolving illusions and ability focus I create the illusions of Batman that target all the criminals in Gotham. Eventually these illusions will become real and there will be dozens of Batman’s running around apprehending criminals. Also as a poltergeist I can mentally torment and spook the weaker willed criminals into stoping whatever crimes there committing.
You could probably get pretty crazy with the illusions and cause mass hysteria with all kinds of messed up shit but I’m not that heartless
I arm the police force with Nether Polearms infused with bones, thus making them way stronger, with me healing them to the point they can't be hurt significally and I weekend the bones of crooks that I can. >Gotham falls into one last stand between the police and underworld. >I blow the warhorn.
