Even if he has the gauntlet, Dr Fate is typically considered a part of the League, amongst other powerhouses. He dies either way.

Assuming live action, it depends on if his sword can cut Superman or not. If yes, no since he's still too slow it'd be a replay of the Superman vs Steppenwolf embarrassment. If Superman isn't there yeah he'd win.

Just like in the comics DC movies speed is overpowered, Superman and Flash are way too fast for him to react.

MCU Thanos, has like Super Strength, Endurance, Durability, all that shit, plus skill. And the easiest way to take down someone who can erase you with a thought, is move faster than they can think.
