It's the Guardians movie and it depends if Gunn wants to use it or not and he's been pretty adamant in keeping the GotG movies for the GotG characters and not wanting to mix up the Avengers in them. He also said he wouldn't do vol. 2 and vol. 3 if he was forced to do something he didn't want to like he was in the first movie (something to do with Ronan's character and Thanos being forced into the movie).
