She wasn't really annoying campus activist until Season 5 when that episode happened.

I was much more of a Jessica fan myself.

How can you hate this

The Babysitter episode.

But she was good in that episode. The episode in itself was not good because it was a strawman but in-universe Lisa was in the right.

I wonder how much of that Dave Mirkin isn't responsible for since he was the most left-leaning/political showrunner they've had.

I like this picture.

>dolls brainwash girls into being dumb
>but d-don't ask our TV show to be more wholesome
>that's different.

Saved because at least it had awesome jokes unlike something like The Old Man and the Lisa.

she's good for mating press and also very portable

When she ruined Homer's cooked pig.

When she started getting the hots for her brother

the moment she went vegan

she went vegetarian (a half measure like everything she does)

watching old seasons as an adult i just realized how lisa was such a cunt. when you're a kid, you can understand her because you sometimes find the things she says or do relatable but now seeing the series again as an adult i realize she was very manipulative and very selfish

around season 11 episode 5

She's 8.

that didn't stop the writers to use her a their soapbox

formerly 7

Try a vessel for a 40 year old writer's beliefs.

Care to share why

cartoons have no age they are not real people

never

What about that episode in particular?

Never. She's always been good.

Go to bed Al Jean.

Season 11 episode 5

Why can't they just animate 20 minutes of Bart X Lisa sex already? They have the talent to do it, why are they holding out?

She always had that tendency. And even this episode had her losing in a pretty cynical way. The message of the episode was that it was worth really fighting for what you believe even if it's hopeless.

There's a certain set of incels Lisa threads bring out that REEEEE at anything short of Lisa getting tortured and raped, even episodes where she's explicitly shown to be in the wrong.

They're already out in force, as you can see.

Lisa was good in the Golden Era when she just a precocious little girl who could also be wrong and annoyingly self-righteous and got called on her bullshit.

She hasn't been written as an 8 year old in years
